Only thing I can say is WOW!!! I think they ended up losing money on this sale. I bought a 2012 Honda pilot from this Dealer with over 180k miles. I was a bit worried cause of the high mileage however Jack said the car has 2 month warranty and if there is any issues to come back. He Lived up to his word. Within a day I felt a vibration coming from the car and I went back. He sent me to one of his mechanics and they rotated and balanced tires. That did not fix issue, then they changed the Motor Mounts, that did not fix the issue. Finally they replaced the drive shaft and bingo I was all set. Almost 2 months into the warranty the battery light came on and as soon as I called Jack he very welcoming said just go to my mechanic. Had alternator replaced and voila!!! I Have a practically brand new car that is 12 years old. Only place I will get a used car in the future will be from Colonial!! Thank you soooo Much!!

Jack is a great guy.
He spent 15 minutes of his time helping me weigh my options between buying a new car and a new motor for my old car. He even gave me a place to go buy an engine. Very honest and transparent

I purchased a Ford Transit van for my business back in July. Jack at Colonial Motors was upfront about the vehicle and about the price. He handled the commercial title like a pro and we were able to take the vehicle home same day. I was very pleased and even more so when we discovered a small problem with one of the automatic doors and true to his word, Jack has honored the warranty - even though we are a few days late - and we are having it fixed next week. I do not usually write google reviews and didn't expect to be doing one for a used car company, but this has been a fabulous experience and felt the need to share as I know there are many skeptics - like me - out there looking for used vehicles. Peace of mind in the used car business has been discovered! I just purchased my car, and I don't need to wait a few months to write this review. I already know Jack and Colonial Motors have my back! This business has many great qualities. It's run by someone who does not penny pinch, they will give you a fair price. It's run by someone who is honest and will tell you exactly what you are buying (good and bad). It's run by a company that honors their warranty and if anything goes wrong during that warranty, they will fix it. If you think it's just me, look at all the other google reviews. I know if I need anything else, I'm Going Back to Jack!

Colonial Motors is by far the most friendliest, nicest, accommodating used car dealership I've ever been too. We wanted to buy a car from this dealership but unfortunately nothing match yet.
We definitely will come back and check their inventory when we need to replace our other car. If you are looking for a used car dealership who provides good service, Colonial Motors is the one. Jack is the guy you are looking for.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to get a used car at a very fair price. In the current market with buying independent this was a huge relief. Dealership took care of everything and upheld their warranty when an unexpected fix came up.

Colonial motors is the best Dealership to purchase used vehicles. 4 years ago I purchased 2 vehicles from them . I have never had any problems with my vehicles. I just bought another vehicle from them a month ago and I think I got a good deal. When you go to purchase ask for Jack he is very helpful and guarantees customers satisfaction.

Great place for buying a first car especially if Financing is needed. Jack was great and was the one who handled most of my car issues. 2,000 mile or 2 month warranty is great ain’t no joke. I bought an 2012 Altima had an air flow sensor problem and everything was taken care of in 2 days. Communication between You (customer),Dealership and place of Service is little rough but things get done properly and within a time manner.

From the initial phone call to negotiating price - Jack was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was upfront about everything and super knowledgeable when showing me around the car. Extremely responsive, polite, and thorough in answering questions. No high pressure sales tactics here at all.

The car I was interested in ended up selling to a different buyer so I didn’t get a chance to purchase from Jack. However, when I open up my search again in the future for a vehicle - Colonial Motors will be the first place I’m going.

Not your stereotypical used car dealership. Was really nervous not going through a big name car dealership, but after reading the reviews for Colonial Motors we decided to give it a chance and glad we did. I got a car that I love, at a good price, and absolutely no sales pressure from Jack at all. He's very laid back and very nice, and we even got a 60 day warranty which we didn't expect. All around a great experience.

Great experience purchasing a used car at Colonial Motors in Mine Hill NJ. After my sons car was rear-ended and totaled after only 8 months, and having lost money on the insurance buyout, I was extremely stressed out and had a limited time to replace the car. Jack made the buying experience a calm and confident one. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Unlike previous used car shopping experiences, Jack immediately gave me the impression of being trustworthy and no-nonsense. We were able to bring the car to my mechanic and I was given a very good report leading us to purchase the car and at a reasonable price in this very crazy Covid market. I needed a car quickly when the old one died. I've worked on the lot a of car dealership in the past, and was not looking forward to dealing with a car salesman. The stereotypes exist for a reason.

So you can imagine my surprise when the salesman at Colonial Motors, Jack, was polite, informative, not-at-all-pushy, and extremely pleasant to work with. I got a great used car at a great price. After a few weeks, I did notice some issues. Nothing serious - leaky oil pan, messed up windshield fluid sprayers. But they took care of it under warranty without any issues or any hassle.

Overall, it was a great experience and if I have need of another vehicle in the future, I'll be checking then out before anywhere else.

I bought a used car here and had a great experience! In comparison with other dealerships that charge all sorts of outrageous hidden fees and try to upcharge you, Colonial Motors provided honest and thorough service. There was just a $200 dealer fee that they were upfront about and they disclosed all known issues with the car. They also sold us the car at a fair price and offered a warranty where they would fix problems that occurred in a period of time/miles after we bought the car. I highly recommend buying a car here.

Bought a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze on July 15,2022. Vehicle is clean inside and under the hood. Received carfax information at closing of sale and already recommended this dealership to people I Know. Great experience dealing with Jack as he is honest and upfront about everything. My friend was along and purchased a vehicle for his son.
The dealership is going to do an inspection at 1000 miles with an oil change and fix any issues, if any at time of inspection. All the cars on the lot are well maintained and extremely clean. This may be my go to dealership should I need more. I will send people here. Jack gave me a great deal and is great to deal with.

Colonial Motors has a nice selection of quality used vehicles. They only sell vehicles purchased from dealer trade ins, no auction mysteries. Jack is a great salesman. He is very energetic and passionate about selling cars. He is a man of his word and does what he promises to make you happy and make the sale. He is honest and forthcoming from the minute you call to the minute you walk into the dealership. I left Colonial Motors with confidence knowing I got a great deal on my newly purchased 2010 Chevy Silverado.
