The staff there worked with me on a limited budget to produce a custom made piece of jewelry based on a drawing I had made. They were very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. I can reccomend them if you want to produce your own piece of jewelry as well.

Absolutely the best jeweler in northern NJ - I will not go anywhere else. The staff is friendly, quality is fantastic and a great value. It is so easy to work with Elayne, I only had to share a few pictures of what I had in mind for a diamond band and she had the ring cast in the correct size, selected beautiful diamonds and a week later my wife had her band. I recently went to Cooper Jewelers to get an item appraised for insurance purposes. Then, about a week later, I came back for service on two different watches. One needed a strap and battery replaced. The other needed several links removed. In every instance, Cooper Jewelers provided outstanding service. They were super knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and prompt. I worked with Elaine mostly, but the other staff members were excellent as well. Although I was not buying any items during my visits, their jewelry selection looked impeccable, with many luxury brands. I highly recommend Cooper Jewelers and look forward to returning.

Recently, I wanted a wedding band, and had found a jeweler in New York through our work discount program. After lengthy discussions with that jeweler, I decided to speak to Elayne and give her an opportunity to help with the ring. She was able to provide higher quality diamonds, and in a larger size, for a better price than I would have gotten from the NY jeweler, and Cooper is only15 minutes away. They not only create beautiful jewelry, but they also repair any kind of jewelry. Personally, they have repaired several of my broken pieces, and you can even get watch battery replacements at Cooper. As important as designing lovely pieces is, Cooper always stands by their work, 100%. After-purchase service is as essential as the actual purchase, since anything can happen.
