AT&T Store

Lianni, Romaine and Omar were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in a thorough review of my iPhone upgrades and plan upgrade to the Unlimited Performance plans. I happily agreed to pay more for my monthly plans after understanding its benefits. I also visited two other AT&T stores and a Verizon store before coming here. This store has the best employees!

Every time I go they are very polite and concerned. They listen carefully and solve the problems that need to be solved about my line. It looks like a small store from the outside, but inside is spacious and there are many devices for promotion. I bought my new line and my phone in installments from here and I am very satisfied. Thank you for your interest.

Omar was fantastic! Costco caused much delay and many problems hindering us from getting the new phones activated … Omar was able to overcome these obstacles and rectify the situation. He was also a pleasure to work with.

Omar was great. I came in to change a SIM card but wound up buying a new I phone and converting to a plan which will reduce my monthly costs by about $10. He also spent about an hour transferring my old IPhone data. And then, since I’m handicapped and have difficulty walking, he walked me to my car. Overall, a great experience.

Thank you , Omar, for your knowledge, kindness and infinite patience with this harried customer this morning!! I realized late last night that my older phone was probably dead!! I was pleasantly greeted by Omar the minute the store opened. He was kind and patient with my many questions and my stress related to the phone and the purchase of a new one. He described all of the options, plans, offerings. I left there with a new device and good instructions about how to proceed in addition to the offer to contact him I I encounter any problems in the future. Give this young man a raise, promotion and a free lunch!! I will be back.

Outstanding service!!! Mike and Victor accomplished what I’ve attempted to do for the past 3-5 years. My plan was costing me so much money and every time I would go to a store or call they would tell me I had the best plan and I shouldn’t change it. Looks like I’ll be paying a much more reasonable price now thanks to them! And we got another phone/line added too!!

Great customer service, always looking out for the customer, very friendly staff. They take the time to ensure all your issues and problems are resolved before you leave. They go above and beyond in search of ways to save customers money .I Recommend anyone to go there and see for themselves. You will not leave unsatisfied.
