Had a wonderful experience at Rallye BMW! After visiting a different BMW dealership this past Saturday that didn't have the car I was looking for in stock, I decided to call Rallye and ask if there were any in stock and available for a test drive. I spoke to a kind rep who advised me to come in. When arriving at the Rallye BMW, I was asked if I made an appointment and the rep ended up not booking an appointment but Bert made accommodations for me to test drive the car I was interested it.

(Highly recommend calling and making an appointment on - especially on the weekends to ensure no miscommunication!)

Bert was wonderful throughout the process. He was beyond knowledgeable about the car, the BMW brand and the whole leasing experience. I was on the fence between another brand and was open to consideration to BMW prior to my interaction with Bert and the driving experience. After sitting down with Bert, he explained the different options of leasing with clear communication throughout. He also shared with me the wonderful relationship Northwell has with Rallye BMW and I was excited to learn that as being an employee of Northwell. After running the numbers and learning the benefits of leasing through BMW, I was sold.

I picked up my car this evening and it was a smooth process. James - the BMW Genius - took the time to walk me through all my new car features, pairing my phone and making the car my own. I was super pleased with the experience and thankful for James for being so throughout and educational of my new car.

The team at BMW Rallye was extremely efficient and helpful during the buying experience of our new car. When I originally reached out, I was quickly forwarded onto Keith who was our point person. He answered all of our questions, worked to get us a good deal with limited fees, and had us in and out of the dealership the day we picked up the car. He gave us an excellent experience.

I purchased my 2024 x5 at a dealership in NJ a week ago.  For a week, we thought my husband's car was leaking oil all over the place in our driveway.  When we realized it was my car with 250 miles on it, we were so shocked. We had just replaced our perfectly good baby car for what we think is a lemon. Since we did not get the car around here, we didn't know what to do.  After speaking to several bmw employees (between corporate and other dealerships), all who told us they had no loaner cars, no appointments, and that there is nothing they could do for us, our auto broker told to us to speak with Frank Trotta at Rallye BMW.  My husband left a message and he called my husband back immediately. He went above and beyond for us. Without him, we literlly would have had no idea what to do with this piece of garbage. He immediately had our car towed and he let us know when it arrived. He was incredibly on top of his game for us and didnt have to be. He helped us to secure a rental car on Rallye, who only did it because they showed compassion. He called to let us know what was wrong with the car first thing the next day (leaking transmission fluid). The estimated time was a week before it would be done but it was done in 3 days. The service we received from Frank was top-notch.  He definitely did not have to take us in right away like he did. When no one would help us, he was the only one who was sympathetic and understanding of our issue.
This car transports my 2 year old around. I needed it to be fixed quickly and it was. Next time we need service or our next new car, we will no doubt be going to Rallye. For anyone else who wants the best service, see Frank at Rallye BMW.

Rallye BMW service center is my go to for servicing my vehicles. My service advisor Anthony is always available for any questions I may have and is always willing to go the extra mile. I’ve never had an issue with any part of my service appointments from start to finish - drop off, loaner, pick up. The entire team is very flexible and accommodating. As long as you communicate with them - nothing is really an issue. If you’re in the NYC area — I highly recommend the commute to this service center. Brooklyn is closer to me — but the customer service at Rallye is top tier.

Excellent experience! Hasan Barakat’s team is outstanding. Hasan was my initial contact at Rally. Hasan is the man! He directed me to Mika as my advisor. Mika was very helpful and thorough throughout the process. From ordering to delivery, I valued and trusted Mika’s advice every step of the way. Then I met Bobby in the finance department. Bobby made the whole financial process and paperwork a breeze. It was a pleasure talking to him, such a wonderful personality.
