A special thanks to “Dionne”.
She must of observed I was completely lost and helpless in the store. She went up to me asking what she could do to help. She guided me and helped me with what I needed. She definitely went way beyond what one would otherwise expect in these larger stores. Additionally she had a very pleasant way about her.. Hold onto this employee!! Please acknowledge this and tell her “thank you” and “good job”. She’s definitely an asset!!

This review isn't about me. As I was waiting online to check out at 10am, in front of me was a nice old lady with a full card of items. The bj employee at check out calls over another employee to give the lady a hand to load her car. That was extremely nice and should be told.

It is one of our favorite one-stop shops. Variety to choose from with very reasonable pricing . The staff are helpful, the atmosphere is very friendly.

Went here last week to purchase a suncast garbage pail shed. Said they had 9 in stock. Got there and they couldn't find any in the store. After spending an hour looking they said sorry we can't locate them. One woman asked for our name and said she would call if they find them. To our shock, she actually called the next day to see if anyone contacted us. We told her no so she went to the manager Robert. He made them look again and they actually found them. They called us right away and we went to get it. Couldn't be happier with the service. They were extremely helpful and went completely up and above. Thanks!!

This is the best BJ’s I have ever been to. I moved to the island recently from Queens and needed a replacement tire. My gut was telling to find a nearby BJ’s tire shop. Thank goodness I went with my gut. This location is by far the best BJ’s I have ever been too. Both tire shop and food shopping. The attendant at BJ’s tire shop was so helpful, personable and knowledgeable. At the supermarket the staff was super friendly as they greeted me & helped me with my cake order.

The tire I needed wasn’t in stock and they set the expectation of having it by Friday/Saturday. Yesterday, Monday, 1 day after visiting their shop, they informed me my tire was ready. I was so happy! So excited!! The gentleman replaced my tire, restocked my spare so neatly and courteously! I’m extremely happy with this BJ’s attention to detail &excellent customer service.

I have never had any issues with the store and always saved money shopping here. Bjs always provide the lowest price in many categories. This store also has the gas station across the street which is the cheapest around the 10 mile radius.

This place has lots of parking, a tire center and a BJ's gas station across the street. The store itself is just like any other BJ's, looks a bit smaller in the inside than the Levitown and Garden City locations. The staff are nice. It has the regular checkout lines with someone scanning your items but it also has 1 self checkout for any number of items, 2 self check out for less than 10 items and 2 self checkout for less than 15 items. The staff here are nice and helpful.

No need to panic. I went midday and they had two isles loaded with toilet paper and another two loaded with water. This well stocked store puts supermarkets to shame. They said near zero supply chain issues. Be prepared to have a high bill since a few items really add up.

This is only my 3rd visit to this store. I am very impress with customer service, availability of products and the friendliness of the staff. I went yesterday to shop and my car wouldn't start. I panicked because I know people wouldn't be willing to help because of fear in this pandemic. I went back to the entrance and asked a gentleman by the of kevin (an employee usually stationed at the front entrance) to help me. Human kindness in the middle of a pandemic exist. Kevin took his own personal car to help jumpstart my car. He went above and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of my hear.

I was very impressed and appreciative of Vaughn and Randall in the Westbury tire/battery service center today. After shopping with my two kids, my minivan would not start in the parking lot. I called my husband who said he thought we had replaced the battery there (what are the odds?) within past year or two. Suggested I check with them to see if they could help or else call AAA. They were extremely helpful!! Unfortunately, they didn't have same / right size battery in stock but they got the car jumped and we can take care of this tomorrow. Thanks Vaughn and Randall!!

The prices are wholesale which are low prices. The service is good, the staff are nice & friendly. We like to buy the vegetables & fruits are good. Sometimes there are not enough catchier to take care the customers so they is long line to wait.

Excellent store and location to shop for savings. Well stocked,clean Westbury store and friendly staff , large parking lot. Lines at registers can at times get congested .Store hours are open late till 11:00 pm ,

I love this place. There are so many good deals. I bought 3 cans of lemon pledge for 10.49! Their Perdue rotisserie chicken is to die fo and it is 4.99. It is a treasure trove of goodies. Plus all the employee are so helpful and nice. Sign up and become a member you won't regret it. Go to the Brush Hollow Road in Westbury location.

Great BJ's location. This location is clean and the staff have been friendly so far. Parking is ample. There is a BJ's Gas Station right on the main road for extra savings for those living nearby. Wonderful place to go shopping for most of my needs. If you check Groupon, there are BJ's membership deals which are much better than anywhere else.

How do you store 1 pack of Lysol disinfectant spray behind the counter in view of everyone that goes there for assistance at custumer service, and say when you're asked "no, we do not have Lysol. This is for a team member that were holding it". Suggestion: You should hide it from plain sight in order to avoid uncomfortable situations.

Very nice place to shop parking is plentiful staff at the door is pleasant but of recently I cant seem to get anything there to purchase I stopped by everyday looking for lysol disinfecting spray but none

Can't go wrong with bj's, clean, well stocked, New gas station across the street... Get the "perks" card for extra discount on gas purchase.

Teammates were out of there way friendly courteous and extremely helpful. Deli crew THE BEST!!
