Fast and yummy food. Good vegan and vegetarian options. I enjoyed the tofu burrito for breakfast so much, I came back the next day for another one!

This is a great place if you are trying to eat healthy and you like tasty food! It is reasonably priced. You order at the counter and then they bring your food. Staff was quick and friendly. I loved the smoothies. And my tuna and quinoa was great (see pic)

I’ve never been to this location and Dani was extremely helpful with helping me order something off the menu since I have so many allergies. Dani was knowledgeable and made sure that I ordered something I was satisfied with since my orginal order I had put in contained ingredients I was allergic to. Dani went out of her way to also explain other items on the menu that I could select from, and the experience she gave me was very personable. Usually when I go to breakfast places not many of the staff are so nice and also so knowledgeable on the food they are serving. I will be back to this location. Thank you Dani, excellent customer service.

A great place for a quick and reasonably healthy lunch. I thought it would be your generic bland salad bowl, but it was a legitimately delicious meal. They nailed both salad base and proteins for both of our dishes, and you know how rarely one can genuinely enjoy a chicken breast in a place like that. Really, surprisingly good.

What a delightful experience. The setting excellent and unassuming, the staff friendly and the food just perfct. Clean place, clean food deliciously prepared and quite reasonably priced for the quality it offers. Will 100% come back again and recommend it to people!

It's not easy to find a good vegan breakfast even in big cities like Chicago. So I'm glad to have found LYFE because they have some wonderful vegan dishes and my wife and I ate breakfast there for 3 straight days. So thank you LYFE for providing some thoughtful, plant-based options. We'll be back the next time we're in town!

The buffalo cauliflower tacos and silver bullet smoothie were amazing! More filling than expected and not a long wait time, either. The omelet was supposedly tasty, too. Glad to have some good vegan options.

Delicious food! The breakfast burrito was delicious. It comes with potatoes and a siracha-like aioli on the top with onions. It was a good-sized portion so I was able to take some home. My friend got a chicken and rice bowl that was also delicious! The inside was nicely decorated and very spacious/lots of windows. There is seating upstairs too which is cozy. You order at the counter, take a number, and they bring the food to you. The employees were very kind and attentive as well. Breakfast is served until 11. Their smoothies and smoothie bowls looked delicious as well. Lots of healthy food choices and conveniently located downtown.

This place is one of my go-to favorites for a relaxing lunch experience. I love the flatbread pizzas. This one is the margarita Pizza. The space is warm & inviting. It was moderately busy but has plenty of seating on 2 floors. If you are in the area, at a hotel or even visiting the hospital.. this is a great lunch alternative.

Loved this place. Got the buffalo cauliflower tacos and a vegan croissant! Both super good!!!

Grilled Norwegian salmon with salad was perfect for me. The avocado berry smoothie excellent. Chocolate muffin is tasty and feels clean! Portion is nice. Would come back!

genuinely the best salad and fries i’ve ever had. I will think about this meal every single day for the rest of my life. I got the buffalo chicken salad, chicken tortilla soup, and parmesan sweet potato fries and wow. like wow. I have no words. portions were amazing. taste was amazing. it was all fresh when I picked it up. 10000/10.

This was a pleasant surprise. The place was super clean and super cute. The food was original and fairly priced. I really liked the flat bread, the muffin and lemonade. If you're looking for a healthy, quick and good bite, give this place a try. You won't be disappointed

I visited Chicago twice in the last couple of months, and I went to LYFE Kitchen both times. I loved everything I ate here. I had a different smoothie bowl each time: one had beet in it (do not doubt me), and one was a chocolate almond with delicious gobs of dates in it. Both bowls had a sumptuous crunchy granola and nuts on top, each different. On one of those days, I also bought the vegan burrito without the tortilla, and packed it along for lunch. It ended up being a breakfast scramble, with a rich aioli on top. The potatoes were also delicious. If it was this good lukewarm (my fault, not theirs), I'm sure it is amazing when it is hot! I also had a gluten-free and vegan chocolate chip cookie, and a snickerdoodle type cookie on the second visit. Both cookies were great, but the chocolate chip cookie was sensational. It was a perfect cookie. I also have to add that their coffee is fantastic. If you are gluten-free, vegan, or both this is definitely the spot you are looking for. My husband had the eggs and he said they were also really good. My daughter is vegan but not gluten-free, and she had two of the vegan croissants! Very close to the Hyatt and to the Fairfield Inn, and to any number of other attractions and hotels on State Street and the mag mile. Thank you for the great food LYFE Kitchen!

Food was delicious!!!! Was a great place to find healthy food quickly, while in Chicago. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody in the area. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful breakfast spot with great vegan options as well as traditional breakfast items. Loved the Vegan Burrito, but you have to add the vegan chorizo, it elevates the whole thing to another dimension! And I almost need to dedicate a whole other review for the breakfast potatoes. They were bomb! Definitely highly recommend and will visit again!

The vegan burrito was so flavorful and delicious. Would recommend adding the vegan chorizo! The roasted potatoes were such a good side and very filling. I loved the sauce they added to it. The large ice coffee was a great price, and the service was very accommodating. Love this place and great for take out as well.
