I think their names were kaden and Cameron? But they were awesome they stayed late to help me set up my new bike rack on a Friday night. Very happy!!

The staff was awesome in getting a new bike setup. I am happy to see that they stock brands like Cannondale, BMC, and Cervelo. Staff was willing to let me ride bikes in the parking lot, and were able to answer all my questions. Even though it is a longer ride to this location for me, I will be dropping by in the future.

Walked in for a repair. My daughters bike had a flat. They had me out the door in 10 minutes and fixed. Super nice and friendly. Store is super clean and they have a great selection. Thankful for the quick service and they didn’t mind working on a $80 Amazon bike quickly. Haha.

Since the weather has gotten warmer in the last couple weeks, I've been dying to get back out on a bike! I sold my last bike before moving here so it would force me to upgrade to a bike that would be more appropriate for me.

I looked up some local bike shops and decided to stop by Hangar 15 since it has good reviews on Google and is local to my house (in case I need repairs or accessories in the future).

I came by on a weekday afternoon and was helped by Autumn. I brought in a bike idea (Trek Dual Sport 1 Women) to see if they had in stock or if they had anything similar. I let her know that I couldn't break the bank and that I was looking to ride longer distance on paved road but wanted a hybrid quality to at least be able to go on dirt once in awhile. Even though she mountain bikes, she was able to direct me right away to a '21 Cannondale Quick 5, size small that was a little more expensive than the Trek (which was not in stock at any of the locations -- she checked).

Small-sized bikes are going like hot cakes everywhere right now. When I was talking to Autumn, someone came up and asked if I was planning to buy the bike as if they would've taken it, but they moved on. I test-rode the Quick 5, but asked if there was another similar bike that was closer to my price range, so Autumn found me a black '21 Cannondale Quick 6 at the Millcreek location. Lucky me that the tires were a bit wider and had more tread than the Quick 5 -- which is what I was hoping for.

She offered to have it transferred for free or for me to go get it if I wanted it that day. I decided to have it transferred to Lehi, and I got a call late yesterday before they closed. I let them know I would pick up the next morning, and they graciously held the bike for me without a deposit.

I came in like a kid on Xmas morning, ready to take my baby away! The store was a lot less crowded in the morning, so I was able to check it out without feeling rushed. They offer 10% discount on additional accessory purchases made at the same time, so I got a kick-stand installed. They told me that the guy who did the install did a quality check to make sure everything was in working order before I left. Nice! I also bought a spare tube in case I ever get a flat. They also offer a free tune up within 30 days of the bike purchase.

They gave me the bike owners manual which is very helpful with the gears I am not familiar with. I rode it around my parking lot when I got home and couldn't have felt more free and ecstatic for future-rides! It is a sweet-lookin' bike, I must say.

We were in town for a cycling race and found the gears not shifting properly. Andy was so knowledgeable to diagnose the problem and replace the part needed. He also squeezed us in since we were in a time crunch to get to the race. Thank you so much for the friendly staff and excellent service.

We outfitted the whole family with quality bikes and biking accessories, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with installing them and with answering all of our questions.

If mountain biking and road biking is something that you enjoy or are looking to enjoy, than I would highly recommend this bike shop for a positive experience.

The Hanger 15 crew has always been quick with all my repairs. Can't recommend enough.

I got two flats descending American Fork Canyon and the guys at Hanger 15 got me back on the road with fresh tubes, CO2, and Skratch in just a few minutes. Very friendly helpful staff, nice clean well-stocked bike shop. Definitely recommend.

It's a rare thing when you write a 5-star review when you DON'T spend any money, and even more so when your sole purpose of the visit was to spend some of those hard earned dollars on some cool new stuff - and yet here we are *smile*.

After speaking to the cool person (sorry man, didn't catch you name!) at the front desk, we talked fittings, frames and a possible change to my MTB and got the very polite answers of 'not really needed / save your money' - and that dear readers is why when it is time to be spending my money, you can be certain this is the place I will be heading to. Awesome service and commitment to customers over the long term, not just a quick win. 20 out of 10.

p.s - writing this review makes me want to head back right now and start looking over one of those sweet new mountain bikes - because the correct number of bikes is always N+1 :)

Just moved into the area. We have 5 bicycles and it was time to get them all set up to ride. This shop is helpful. They are well stocked. They took special order for a particular handle bar I wanted and checked my bicycle to ensure it would fit before ordering. The staff is helpful and friendly. They have a good service department. This is now our bike shop.

We go to this location all of the time. Great team of people. We have purchased bike, equipment and bikes serviced. Service department is awesome both at what they do and at giving advice if you want to do it yourself. Shout out to any for being extra helpful. Glad to have an awesome bike shop nearby.

These guys are great! There’s always someone there that’s willing to help you figure out what you need so you can get the right equipment or gear.

**Update** I just wanted to say thanks again for the excellent help these guys always offer. I stopped in without an appointment and the guys made some tweaks on my bike to get it tuned perfectly. I couldn’t be more happy with their customer service and excellent technicians. Lifetime customer 🤜🏻🤛🏻

I've been a happy customer for a couple years now. Recently had a tune up on a bike I purchased from them and when i picked it up I discovered a little issue and brought it to their attention. Within a couple minutes they had it fixed and i was on my way again!

In the past I've also brought in other bikes (the cheap ones from walmart and from the marketplace) and they tuned them up for me. They are awesome people to work with and they have hard working staff who seem to care and enjoy what they do!

Great selection of bikes and accessories. Ordered online, but it turns out my product would have to be ordered in and would take a handful of days to arrive. They called me to let me know this soon after I had placed my order and offered some alternatives that they already had in stock and we're equivalent. Not only that, but when I picked them up shortly after, I realized I had ordered the wrong thing, but they were very helpful and help me exchange what I bought for what I actually needed.

All in all, they are very knowledgeable and professional, kind and good to do business with.

Bought a bike online it was ready 3 hours later. The employee at the Lehi location was incredibly friendly and helped me load my bike into my car. He gave me run down of break in time and told me to bring it back in 30 days for a free tuneup. They had a great selection, very nice employees and I got a bike I love. Highly recommend Hangar 15.

Fantastic customer service and attention to detail -- something you want in a bike shop. I've been to probably a dozen different bike shops over the years and these guys take the cake. Mark is incredibly easy to talk to, and very helpful. Seth is ridiculously technical and knowledgeable. Installed a new group set for me very quickly and was able to put the right adapters for the larger rotors, bleed the brakes, adjust the chain tension, etc. Knowledge plus attention to detail, these guys got it. Been in a few times during a ride (very close to my house) and they've done smaller rear derailleur tweaks for free. I'll keep coming back!

I haven't been super pleased with how I've been treated at other bike shops. So I went into this one a little apprehensive. I'm a newbie to road biking and don't know what I'm doing. I needed some road bike shoes. I went in planning on just looking at their selection and buying online. The staff went out of their way to answer my questions and then some. Some if my questions were probably ridiculous and laughable but I was never made to feel like they were.

Small shops like these are the ones that deserve everyone's business. I am a lifetime customer now.

Excellent service! Took my wheel in for a new rim. Good painless experience. Also got a $5 dollar labor charge that no body told me about. I thought the guy was just being nice to offer to swap parts on the new rim I just bought, nothing about a labor charge included.

Mark is the man! I always get great service. I popped in without an appointment the other day with a front disc brake issue. Mark took it back, diagnosed it, and fixed it on the spot. I had an issue with my seat post about a month ago and Mark delivered in the same way. These guys have been lifesavers for me on numerous occasions. Always happy to give them my business.

When in need, go talk to Andy. He was easy to talk to on the phone, took care of my needs quickly and with no stress. When J went in to drop off the bike, the other individual, who I don’t remember his name because he always made me leave from his actions, but I stayed and was really happy. When I got the call to pick up my bike it was Andy again. Again, he was easy to deal with and made me stay.
