Flower was treated well by the vet and her aides. Flower said it was a "meow" experience.

Wonderful staff and Vet(s). Have taken my pets for many years and they have gone beyond my expectations in how they care for every animal. I know the pandemic has been hard on all of us. I hope to see them back on January 30th! Thank you for all you do!

I recently moved to Cazenovia and wasn’t sure where to go when I had an emergency with my cat one evening. The following morning, I called shortly before opening and was greeted with a very positive and friendly voice. I was able to get him in early that same day.
I am so impressed with all of the staff here. They were so friendly, which was very much appreciated during this as I was a huge wreck. Luckily, my cat will be okay! I will absolutely be going back here with whatever pet needs I have. Thank you all SO much!

Luna is my first pet other than a hamster. They've been so nice, answering all my questions and take great care of my sweet kitten. They always tell me how sweet and beautiful she is! Definitely worth the drive from Chittenango! Can't wait to be able to go inside with her for her appointments 💓

When our doggo was feeling a bit under the weather, with deceased zoomies and a runny eye, VCA fix hims right up. They fixed him right up with love and care. Not that kind of fix, that was done a whole ago, but he feels better now. Highly recommend.

My sweet girl Molly got ill very fast and when we called her vet to get her in they said" we are sorry she hasn't been here in sometime we cant see her right away, she'll need a new patient visit 4 weeks out". I was extremely frustrated and shocked. My girl was sick now, and the ones we trusted to help her let us down, almost punished for being healthy. I started calling other local Vets and I was lead to Cazenovia animal hospital. As soon as I called and explained the situation they had a plan to work her in! Of course we were nervous being a new location and not being able to go in because of the pandemic, but they did there best to reassure me, Molly even felt comfortable as if shes gone there for years. By the end of the day we had a treatment plan and Molly was starting to show signs of feeling better. These are people who love and care for your loved and cherished fur babies. Thank You!

Even in our toughest time, this place treated our dog with kindness and dignity. While losing him was hard, they made it easier with there kindness and compassion. We will be bringing future pets to them.

We were visiting friends outside Caz in July of 2017. Our lab became very ill during the trip from Virginia on a Thursday. By Friday morning her condition had worsened and the hospital gave us an appointment that Friday...the staff was easy to deal with and considerate both on the phone and upon our arrival. Our dog received a thorough examination by Dr. Donnelly (who we found very professional and knowledgeable). She and her assistant were "very hands on".. Due to Dr. Donnelly's accurate diagnosis and correct medication administered, our dog was back to normal by Sunday. Our experience with varied animal needs is extensive and, we utilize both large and small vets at home. We would not hesitate to recommend and, or leave our animals in Dr. Donnelly's care at this clinic. Charlie and Maggie
