Black Creek boat launch

Best place to bank fish. There is plenty of room and you can fish black creek or The Genesee river. There is semi clean porta potties and huge fish to catch. There isn’t much parking but still all in all a great spot

Good smallmouth spot great on kayak or small boat or if you just want to explore the creek or paddle/boat the river east access and free.

Great place to go kayaking. We saw several great blue herons fishing, and the foliage in all the little hidden coves and islands was amazing. So many areas to explore, and a very wooded area so it is a great escape from the cement and steel of the city but only 20 minutes away!

Additionally, there is a special ramp and kayak launch site for people in wheelchairs to get themselves in and out of the water on their own. As I am recovering from leg surgery, this was a much more secure feeling way for me to get out of the boat. So I would recommend it for other beginners, like myself, who might find balance while getting in and out of the kayak on water a bit of an intimidating challenge.

There is parking, some limited pathways where folks were walking dogs (can't attest for how far they go), a small area where some folks were fishing, and an outhouse facility available, too.

Right off 252. Easy access, large parking lot, flat easy access to put boat in, or fish from bank.
Black creek is big here, joining the Genny river 50 yards away. Or if u go the other way, it's a peaceful place to canoe/fish.

Lots of people launch their boats, canoes, and kayaks here. Apparently a noted fishing spot. I go to walk my dog. Never ran into anyone nasty.

A concrete boat launch that can either take you up Black Creek or out to the Genesee River. Use some caution as many rowing teams use the area. Tons of parking.

ADA kayak launch, good parking, with a boat launch for access to Black Creek and the Genesee River.

This is a great launch for boats and kayaks. Much different than the churchville launch.

Easy to get on and out and the water is so peaceful

No boats, just the launch.
