Skip's Fish Fry

One of our favorites when we visit the area. They have maintained the quality, speed and customer service. They have also adapted with technology and Toast Register for payments. Just an added bonus for the Tech Savvy users.

Awesome run to this place put your order in so for 13 you get a whole fried fish or they can grill it and order fries and you get a side of slaw I could only eat half of it as you can see there's a to-go container that has enough for me to eat for dinner or for seven I think 99 you could get all a cart just the fish fry couple dollars cheaper you can get a lunch or a couple more cheaper à la carte it's just there's a nice coating on the french fries oh my god The fries are a meal? Three nice gentleman 🙂 you won't be disappointed and you will come back you have good dipping sauce ketchup and ranch not like some other ones or you can't even eat it lol I'm telling you just order anything you will love it and you'll come back for more

Sorry it took me so long to post this. The two Gentlemen that were working that day were nothing but hospitable!! They went out of their way to make sure that we had great dining experience.I was with my grandson who is another FOODIE!!The seafood was Crazy Fresh and the lobster Roll was Loaded with Meat Delicious.I would recommend it to anyone if you looking for great seafood at a fair price this is the place to go....We will be back again and again.Thanks Guys for the GREAT EXPERIENCE

Best place in NY state to get fresh haddock! Fried or broiled. The scallops and everything else I've had so far are hands down, awesome!
They're open year round and also have a stand at the Oswego speedway. Highly recommend a trip to Oswego, NY for their seafood! Prices are great.

Got a lobster roll. No fillers - all large chunks of meat. Nice and fresh.

Stopped by after reading reviews online. This place did not disappoint! The haddock pieces were large, tartar sauce homemade and delicious, and everyone was warm and friendly. Can't wait to stop by again when I'm in the area again!

Amazing and fresh seafood at a great price. Awesome customer service. There coleslaw is the best I've ever had. The mac and cheese and fries were so good, also. We will be back soon.

This place was great last year when visiting Oswego on business and its great now too. Super friendly and great food. This is what a friendly shop is like, in case you been to the Cutting Board and experience the cold rude feel there. You cant go wrong here, relax enjoy great food and staff that try hard to make you happy. These guys deserve your business!

Everything was delicious! The portions are more than you can eat! Everything was so fresh....if you like coleslaw I suggest you order a large! We ordered online and they delivered right to our car! A perfect Friday dinner for us, we will be back!

Came for lunch with some co-workers. Pretty quick service for a place that makes things to order. Staff was nice, restaurant had fun nautical decor. Plenty of seating in the back. Lunch special is $7.99 for fried fish sandwich and half pound of fries.

Growing up in New England I was always spoiled with seafood so fresh it was caught that morning to be cooked for the day. When I moved to the Central New York area I was never able to find seafood that I found as AMAZING as Skip's has! I've been to every seafood place in the area and always left disappointed but I order from Skip's multiple times a month because it is just so mouthwatering delicious! I recommend them to everyone I talk to about seafood.

Definitely lives up to the terrific reviews we've been hearing about Skip's since it opened. Everything was excellent! The quality of the food is outstanding, the seating is plentiful, and the staff is friendly and responsive to requests. We will definitely be back during our next visit home!

Skip's Fish Fry is always fast and the food is always good. Reasonable prices with serving sizes more generous than average, their punch card customer loyalty program ends up being something worth pursuing. Whenever I'm in the mood for quick, quality seafood, I choose Skip's.

I'm giving this place five stars since it's in Oswego. The fish is excellent (better than Rudy's), and so are the onion rings. The room you order in is clean and new, which gives it a superb feeling. The room in which you eat is clean but not as new. The people are very nice and hospitable.

Just finished a meal with my daughter....so so so good. The two guys were great as well as the lady taking over the shift. We're full and the food was great! Highly welcome anyone to their clean and friendly the resturant!

We bought the seafood platter and a plate of poutine. We had to wait longer then estimated time but they were nice and brought it out to the car when it was ready. The food was delicious.

Skips has the freshest and tastiest seafood in Oswego, NY. The restaurant is clean and the staff is always friendly. The owner genuinely takes great pride in the quality of his food and satisfaction of his customers. For a seafood lover this far away from the ocean I am very thankful for Skips!
