One of the better cooked food MCDONALD'S we got 7 people order no onions no pickles etc and they didn't screwe anything up it was great except the 80 doll!r bill

I went to show an employee my phone screen so she knew I was grabbing the correct order and was met with attitude instead 🫤.

McDonald’s, give my man Miguel a rise, he deserves it!!! Best McDonald’s I’ve been to in years and Miguel is the reason! Great and friendly service! Wish I lived closer!

Only thing was they didn't make the food right

I had McDonald's for dinner last night April 17 2023 and I had THE BEST chocolate shake I've ever had at a McDonald's the chocolate was so chocolatey it was almost black. It was bursting with chocolate flavor. This restaurant used to be dysfunctional but service has definitely improved since summer 2022. Update today Thursday May 25,2023 This very meal I had at McDonald's is the new best meal I've ever had at any McDonald's ever I ordered 2 spicy McChickens with Mac sauce large fry XTRA salt and a large chocolate shake it was the best meal I've ever had at McDonald's the fries were BURSTING with flavor the Mac sauce on my mcchicken was kicking with fiery flavor chocolate shake was good too I could go on and on. I can't describe how good this meal was thank you so much Oswego NY west side McDonald's you are the absolute best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They actually had fresh fries when you ask for them. Not like others that quickly re-fry the old ones and think we can't taste the difference. Even during dinner time they kept the drive thru moving smooth.

While you have to be patient to get your food, the food here is good and the staff are so so nice. It's my first time coming here and I love the people already!

Drive thru was busy, but the line moved quickly. The food was hot. Employees were friendly. Fast service.

For the west side McDonald's We do our best to serve our customers if we are low on crew members please be patient and if missing anything please keep your receipt ..doordash if the lobby is closed please use the door right across from fast track .. We do our best to make our customers happy so bear with use if we are not going fast enough for you for we do have customers inside and drive through who ever is first unless everything gets done at the same time

Not really fond of fast food but have had to eat at them during run and gun jobs or just to scare away the occasion vegan. ;-) this McDonalds can be very busy at times and it can affect your wait time but it's still very quick. Don know his name but the morning manager helped me out with a coupon when my app wouldn't load. Don't expect him to do this for you but he was fair in my case and that goes a long way for me. Hence the five stars. Its quiet and now before the inner seating gets taken over by the frighteningly large group of cankerous old men who want endless coffee for $1.

Cant go wrong with some delicious mcnuggets.

The staff for this location are always so nice even during a rush, they have great chemistry with one another and seem to enjoy working together. So great to see a team like that!

I just went there around 230 3 today I cannot say enough about the magnger he was under pressure some nitwit kids making life miserable for everyone in and outside the place plus keeping it all together inside making sure everyone was at thier happy place ...
Even following me out to give me my card I left I really think he needs a pat on back I usely go on east side will be back

West side McDonald's has always been good at getting my Egg McMuffin craving to me swiftly, and without errors. When you're 8 mos pregnant, messing with your food is a no-no.😁👌

Very busy place! Food was hot and fresh! Service was great as well.
