Went in for a root canal and actually enjoyed myself. Dr. Hein and staff are great. I explained I often take a while to get numb. She gave me the time needed. Just got home from my dentist and everything with the root canal was done correctly. Very happy. If I ever have another root canal, hopefully not, but if I do I'll be headed back to Dr Hein.

Just had to have a root canal done today and Dr.Hein was nothing but AMAZING during the whole process. I struggled with a lot of anxiety and she helped talk me through it all. Thank you so much Dr.Hein!

I had an emergency. Dr. Hein fit me in and went above and beyond in helping me resolve my issue. She and her staff were incredibly kind and caring. I've had an almost life long fear of dentists. Dr. Hein and her group really were wonderful. I highly recommend her/them to anyone.

My son needed a root canal after an accident that occurred years ago. Dr. Hein was so understanding of his apprehension, eased his fears and made the multi-visit experience almost completely painless! Her staff was terrific! I have (and will continue to) recommended friends to this practice! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Dr. Hein is just delightful. She explained everything to me in great detail, so I felt like I knew everything that was going to happen. She made the process painless and peaceful. When you've had a lot of work done in your mouth and you see Dr Hein, you suddenly realize what's always been missing with every dentist you ever saw: a doctor who fills the silence with interesting, positive conversation that sets the whole office at ease. I hope that I never have a root canal done by anyone other than Dr Hein for the rest of my life.

The absolute best. I had a root canal done a few weeks ago. Everyone I spoke to prior to having it done warned me about how terrible the experience was for them and how they wish that they didnt have it done. Dr Hein and her staff are welcoming, precise and just amazing at what they do. Thank you so so much.

I needed a root canal and was really anxious about getting it done (so many horror stories). Dr. Hein put me at ease, and promised there'd be zero pain. And there was literally zero pain. Even with half the root still alive, I didn't feel anything. Getting a filling is worse compared to this tbh. From start to finish it was the best experience I've had getting dental work done. Sarah was really amazing looking after me, and got me in quickly after I first called. And Dr. Hein was super nice, and obviously incredible at what she does. Thank you, both, for such a great experience.

Ps if you're super worried about getting a root canal, like I was - don't be! After this I've had pretty much everything done (extractions, fillings, crowns). This was the least painful (zero pain) and least uncomfortable I was getting anything done. Was pretty quick, too.

I was apprehensive about having to have a root canal but Dr. Hein and her staff were amazing. I had no pain, they talked and were extremely friendly the entire time and seem to truly care about the patient experience.

Got a root canal there. She did a great job, was pain free, and was able to go see some friends the same night. She really made what typically is a tough experience very easy.
