Jordan M. was absolutely fabulous assisting me with my vehicle loan. I like building relationships and this credit union is new to me - they acquired my old credit union, so I didn't have a strong relationship that I trusted there yet. Jordan was incredibly responsive which was critical handling in handling my out of state transaction. He was also very knowledgeable and looked out for me as a Member. So, I would like to leave a review for Jackie Appel. She is a loan officer with my credit union Pathways. She has been very helpful in helping me to purchase a car out of state. For those who have done this, you often get trapped into financing with the local dealership. She has help me to navigate through this and made the experience as easy as possible. Pathways has been very good to me over the years, and I continue to use them for my main banking needs.

Hunter was amazing!! Steps were super simple and quick for a loan. As always staff were nice, professional and very friendly! I live out of state and had to do everything over the phone. Money was in account within 2 hours, start to finish.

Recently I had an issue with my car payment being taken out off my account twice. I was upset about and could get anywhere speaking to customer service over the phone. I was highly upset so I went into my bank branch on Georgesville rd. I could not be more happy with the customer service I received in person from Diana Castro.
