Best go to spot post workout. Finished my workout at Bev Francis’ and had a great hand made smoothie. Even though Julia had some technical difficulties, she was a complete pro and still made a great tasting smoothie. She deserves a raise, Kelly 😁

I went in this morning to get protein powder. The young lady was very helpful and sweet . She made me one of thier proteins shakes . I don't like whey protein. She suggested an alternative. it was fabulous. I highly recommend this place.

I get all my supplements from here. The workers are super nice and respectful, and they help me with whatever I need. Never had a bad problem with this place and i highly recommend coming here!

I have been going to total nutrition Syosset daily since it opened. Kelly goes above and beyond to meet all of my nutritional needs. From my daily meals to my multivitamins and everything in between. She is super helpful and knowledgeable her dedication and professionalism is unmatched. If you don’t already go to total nutrition Syosset for your nutritional needs then I highly suggest you do!
