I went in for some tools. I had a question and went to the gal at the counter. I don't recall her name, but she was awesome. She was very helpful, very nice. She was super encouraging when it came to women buying their own tools. So ladies, if you would rather speak to another gal, an informed gal, she was happy to help where she could. I'll buy tools here again.

This is the best store they have I love this location the Belfountain store……………………………I will say this don’t go to the Jennings station Road location the head man there is very rude I went there and he seems to not like black people the old people like Tony are not there anymore and now the store is not the same I will never go to that location ever again

Most of the businesses in town act like customers are just an interruption in their day. NOT HERE! Inside of 5 minutes I had 3 different employees checking to see if they could help me. They helped me to find what I needed and the parts were right for my car. This was the best customer service I have seen in a LONG time!

I had. Great experience with this advance auto. The managers and assistant managers were great. They helped me tremendously, being a woman, it is great to have women that ow what you may need. THANX to the crew.

I went there to use the UPS mail desk to return items.
They couldn't process all of my packages but were very helpful.

They are still in the game after all of this decades. And just as useful as the day they open the doors. The people are knowledgeable very friendly at this location and seem to actually know what they're talking about. Always do your comparison shopping just to be sure but they are usually in the top two when it comes to best prices. Good luck once again do your research before you start looking for the prices and the parts.

Great service... Im from the East coast DMV area and the store worker was very helpful and polite. Made me feel at home ... would return if I ever come back thru Spanish Lake.

Advance was pretty cool, awesome employees , clean store and unbelievable prices, check the carquest items, I got engine cleaner for $.05! I'm yes a nickle....

Bernard is an awesome he assisted us with the correct items also assisted with fixing the problem with the paid product ask for him if you have to stop at the St. Louis location off Bellefontaine

The young man who checked out my truck was very professional infact he fixed my TRUCK and it cost me less than $20.00.Very respectful and kind.I will never go anywhere else
