At the beginning they had a rough start but now the customer service is great. We go in there everyday and they welcome us and they’re extremely friendly. James the Manager even knows us by name. Great crew.

Excellent crew. Store is always clean & neat. Crew is very polite.

This 7/11 has a gret crew. They always have food and they always in stock. Keep it up guys

Quick stop with friend from road trip to refuel up and grab some coffee and soft drinks. Got what I needed the gentleman at register was very professional and courteous. Overall pleased with visit quick in and out. Hoorah! Yeehaw!

The man that worked Thursday was so sweet. He was probably around my age I didn’t get his name he was short with curly hair. Great customer service from someone his age most teens don’t like work. You guys have a good worker.

Went in for a quick snack. Can even though I wasn't looking for bread and there was bags of moldy items on the shelves

Gas pump would not print receipts, had to go inside again and wait on line. Seems like it has been broken for months

Them women that work there at night are as ghetto as ghetto can be…always with attitudes. Idk who hires these people. I Always try to avoid this place as much as I can.

It's 8 o'clock in the morning on a Thursday in Newburgh NY when I dove to 17k for gas from 7-eleven. #Because711TheBest
There's nothing but women in front taking care of the customers. Also everybody has an attitude beside the woman whom was making the food! The store manager which is super rude by the way is standing in front of the store smoking while im directed to wait to be rung up for gas as she puts her cigarette out. Asked her about the rewards system and she the store manager and has no idea about it AT ALL! What she claim to know is it wasn't been working in a while. Which is not true ive been coming to this location before she worked here for three years at least. Every man who walked in the store was taking care of very politely customer service was up to par. My transaction was declined due to my card being locked not insufficient funds, I was treated like I was begging for gas instead of paying! Whom ever is the district manager is you should check this location out and see how the customers are being delt with! THIS IS A GETTO LOCATION!!!!!!!
