I was very surprised trading in some old games. They gave a fair price on what we brought in. My daughter was looking to get some new Nintendo release. We had a few old Nintendo games she didn't play anymore. Walked out the door of the store with the new game, and in store credit towards her next game. With the bonus of decluttering space by getting rid of those old games.

Well I don't frequent this place all that often for the brick and mortar I do always appreciate the employees are attentive as soon as I walk in. They are usually up for a discussion of any sort being collectibles or games.

Staff was super friendly. Had the new Pokémon cards in stock. Made my kids happy! Feel like we own half of this store...lol

Best place to grab games and gear in person. Abby and Will are great conversation and super helpful and friendly with helping me find an Xbox Series S and X when they're almost impossible to find now. Give them both a raise as soon as possible please.

I returned my platinum wireless headset cuz it was faulty and I went to the college Ave store and bought a different headset thats wired and I love it. Its very comfortable and doesn't fall off my head and I got a discounted price since they are going out of business at that location.

Wow! Their staff knows their stuff! I’ve never been much of a gamer, but I described what I liked in a game and they matched me up with a couple really fun ones! Will definitely stop here again!

My boyfriend and I were in there so I could buy him a game, a gentlemen there (I don't know his name or I would give it) talked to us the whole time we were in there and was being helpful and just having a good conversation with us and at the end of the day he had AMAZING customer service skills.

Good place to go

Store is following guidelines for covid-19 and only leaving a few customers in at a time to look through the store. We walk out happy found what we wanted.
