Very good after sale service. They accidentally forgot to remove the warning tag, but all employees are super super helpful in the aftersale. They are willing to remove it and ship it back to me and give me coupon and some refund. Can’t thank them more!

Sandra! With top notch service. We came all the way from Canada to do some shopping. We had seen a kids jacket but not the size we were looking for. Sandra was so quick to offer help and find the size we were looking for. She was very kind and patient with us. Just the absolute sweetest. Very helpful staff to help navigate a very full but well organized store. The prices are significantly less than online ($179 jacket for $59). Love it here! Worth the drive!!!

Just so you know — the toddler section is very minimal. No footwear, but great deals on fleece jackets and winter jackets.

Most items were very reasonably priced with many deeply discounted items. I have had good luck with their quality, but the store is somewhat small and selections can be limited.
