Couldn't be happier buying through them! I was looking very specifically for a 4th gen 4runner with V8 engine and little to no rust on the frame as it will be turned into an overlanding vehicle. (Very hard to find) I was shopping online and what immediately caught my eye was the honesty and integrity of their ad. Firas addressed everything that I was already looking for as potential issues and when I spoke with him on the phone he knew everything I was talking about. In his ad he even informed buyers of this model what to look out for whether they were buying from him or not. That is the benefit of a family owned business mentality vs a large corporate dealership. They actually care about you as a person. Being an older vehicle, I didn't expect it to be perfect, but the few little things that were present they took care of and made it right. I was very nervous about buying a car out of state and all those fears were put to rest. Would gladly drive from Wisconsin to Ohio to do it again. Can't promote these guys enough!

Best experience I have ever had working with a dealership by far! The business is family owned and run, which really shows when it comes to their customer service. Firas was very knowledgeable about the Lexus I was purchasing, and made the buying process quick and painless. Highly recommended to anybody looking for a quality used vehicle!

I recently purchased a vehicle from 614 cars and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Firas was unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. At no point did I feel that “dealership” pressure. Everyone was open and honest about the vehicle. Firas even went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was ready to drive by fixing a few minor issues for me. And they arranged to ship it to my house! I needed a reliable car without going through a bank and found just that. They are family oriented and even though they are in the business to make money they don’t have intentions on choosing money over good business. Also I’m someone who has never had car payments and was very uncertain of buying a car from a dealer without payments so believe me when I say you can’t go wrong with these guys.

We drove 3 hours from out of state to purchase a vehicle from here. The owners were very responsive to communications before and after the purchase. When we got there, they were very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to answer all our questions and facilitate our inspection so that we were comfortable with the purchase. When we got home, we had the vehicle inspected by a trusted professional. He found no major problems and said that it's in remarkably good condition for its age. We're very happy with the vehicle and would purchase from them again.

I have had an excellent experience with this dealership. Their cars are always very well priced and I have personally had 0 issue with the car I purchased. Believe it or not they will hand deliver your car and your title, EVEN IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE!

I was super fortunate to find this dealership. I found a used car online and went to 614Cars. Every car in the lot was top quality for a used car, inside and out. They were extremely accommodating with meeting me 10 minutes before they opened. This is the only dealership I have been to where I got a sense of honesty and genuine help. Everything went super smooth with the sale and the title / paperwork. Still going strong with my used van after driving to Florida and back to Columbus. Great experience.

True professionals. I’ve never had such a painless car buying experience. We drove nearly two hours to see their inventory. They went above, and beyond, and set us up with the perfect truck. My wife, and I Couldn’t be any happier. They went completely out of their way so we didn’t have to drive back a second time to pick up the vehicle. Superior people to deal with.
