Very helpful and courtesy. The man that helped us was busy working with 3 customers but took time to make sure we were happy and got us what we wanted and needed.

The salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and made my shopping experience one of the most pleasant trips I have made.

There is so much stuff in there. You don't know where to start, but the people who work there are very helpful. You have any questions they're there to answer.

Great place to shop big and tall great and knowledgeable staff help me get exactly what I asked for. They also have a clearance section in the back with items up 70% off. They are kinda expensive but have deals as well.

We went on a Sunday after church and we were glad to find them open. Though it was 1 employee pressnt, she did hey utmost to satisfy all the clients who were there, which was a whole lot of us. I'm reviewing particularly to appreciate her for her patience and calm. She seemed to really enjoy what she does and took the time with each client to ensure they got measured and offered the right sizes.

I came to this store looking for some very nice but casual apparel to wear on our trip to Vegas. We plan on dining at some very nice restaurants.
Sanda was a blessing for me.
She helped me realize that I had been choosing some of the wrong clothing for my size, and I didn't need to wear baggy looking clothing to cover my weight to look good.
I was amazed with her product knowledge, and the clothing was spot on what I was looking for.
If you happen to be lucky enough to have her help you when you visit DXL, trust what she's telling you, she absoloutely knows what she's doing.
I'm very happy with my purchase, and will shop here again.

Great place to shop if you're a size 2xlt or larger I was in looking for a 4xl because I'm heavyset 6:9 and finding something long enough is a big challenge normally. I got great service the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable they have sizes all the way up to at least a 7xlt

Store was neat and organized... Much better than 2-3 years ago!!!!

My husband walked out with a brand new dress shirt and pants! And he actually loved them! I've never seen him so excited to wear dress clothes. They fit him perfectly. I wish I could remember the lady's name that helped us. She knew exactly what to get him and gave amazing advice. She was very knowledgeable, funny and fast!

Amazing customer service. Knowledgeable and attentive staff, the two gentlemen working. We went to two other retail stores that couldn't or wouldn't help us and this place was a breath of fresh air regarding customer service and available inventory of sizes beyond "petite." I will definitely be returning, thank you for helping my dad.

So a fat guy needed a suit for an upcoming wedding.....

Being a large individual, be it tall and stout, stocky or just plain hefty, can pose it's share of challenges when searching for clothes and footwear that afford both style and proper fit. Factor in the decline of area retail businesses over the past decade and our choices become twofold: slim and expensive. So, what is a big man to do?

I have not donned a suit in years but have an upcoming wedding to attend. I sat down on my computer, looked for all businesses that sold suits including rentals for guys like us. What I can share with you is this:

If you know your exact size and trust all clothiers to cut their garments alike, then by all means just order what you like from whomever you wish. But I'll tell you this: all makers cut their wares just a tad bit different. Nothing more frustrating than ordering a suit for an upcoming engagement, hoping it will arrive on time, only to be in a bind when it doesn't fit like you thought or is blemished in some unholy fashion. DOH!

Skinny, slender, slim, fit, athletic, and normal guys have it good. They can wear just about anything and get away with it whereas we, for the most part, sadly cannot. This is why getting fitted for certain things becomes so very vital. Looks great, fits good, and cheaper in the long run.

I made a list of local stores that had items my size IN STOCK. I was left with a mere handful at best. I looked at all their offerings online, minus the local custom tailors, and set out to find my suit.

My first stop, which wound up being my only stop was DXL in Appleton. I liked what I saw online. It had the look and features I wanted and was priced very fairly. Actually, it was priced well below some of the other stores. The only thing I had in the back of my mind were the reviews online of this store. But I entered with hope and a neutral mind.

I learned a long time ago that when you read reviews you need to be able to filter through them. Fact is that some people are just unhappy people. They could receive world class service, savings galore, and they will still crucify a product or service afterwards solely for their own sorry personal gratification. Yes, trolls do exist. They're everywhere!

I worked with Sandra, the store manager, and Micahl, a new sales associate. I have to honestly say that I was impressed beyond my wildest hopes. They both took all the time I needed to be fully confident in my purchase. I was in their just over two hours. Neither of them was pushy. When I had a question, it was answered and when I asked for their opinion or suggestions, they were both helpful and honest. That, I do appreciate above all.

I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. And though I do not wear a lot of chic or stylish attire I will be sure to make this my first stop for future needs.

All and all very good first time experience, although the sales member I worked with did feel a bit pushy at times they were able to bring price points into account during the buying process. prices are a bit high but that's to be expected with a big and tall shop Harbor Bay Jeans are $45 each when you buy two or more so it was able to help me budget out a bit more. Expect to leave the store feeling taken care of but with your wallet out $55 or more. Overall very satisfied with the experience walked out with 2 pairs of jeans for $95 and will be returning for more needs

I hadn't been here since covid so it's been a while but store is always clean and nice. I love they have big and tall sizes for me and love they offer designer brands and if your looking for brewers or bucks or packers gear they got you. They also have great athletic and work out clothes too. All around a great store hope they never leave area cause they ate only store that offers big and tall clothing and designer brands
