I had to have my car towed to FE as the starter went out. Aaron communicated with me about every issue, including timing and cost. My car was up and running in a couple of days, and they even arranged for me to pick it up after hours so I could avoid rush hour traffic. I am a very satisfied customer.

We've taken our vehicles for service to Foreign Exchange for 25+ years. We wouldn't consider taking them elsewhere. Friendly customer service, quality diagnosis and work and reasonable pricing. Who could ask for more?

Foreign Exchange provides excellent service! They were able to get me in on the same day due to a cancellation which was perfect since I live out of town and was leaving that day. They performed diagnostics on my 2014 Audi S4 and Aaron and Tom were extremely friendly and honest. I asked the shop to check out my clutch and change the transmission and differential fluid.

After assessing they told me that I didn’t need the fluids changed yet but they would do it at my request and the clutch still had life. They adjusted my suspension to alleviate the tire rub that was happening based on how the previous owner set up the car.

I live in NYC and plan to travel to Centerville to have them service my car. Thank you guys!!

It took 15 years to get the car I’ve wanted (that was just while I saved and the used car price came down - expensive car). I took it to them when I got it back home and they walked me through all the parts of this model of car and suggested the severity of the issues and order I should maintain or fix things. Took our vehicle in for an unexplained service light. As always the technicans performed a thorough diagnostic assessment, reporting out on the items that need immediate attention as well as the things we need to be concerned about down the road. Being very upfront, they reported the service light to be signs of a failing head gasket - a problem that may allow us to drive the vehicle another couple years or one that could cause a major problem without warning. They will re-check the problem at the next oil change to see how quickly it is progressing. I say all this to say that I have come to garner confidence and trust in Foreign Exchange when we take our vehicle in for service. They expose us to any concerns but they never play the used car salesperson who tries to sell us serviced we truly don't need. A great team for sure.

Did struts and auxiliary battery with this service. Had work done when they said they would. I have never had a bad experience with this group.

These people are good technicians that can solve one’s auto problems. In addition, they are honest. I would recommend them to others w/o hesitation.

Picked up Smart car from Foreign Exchange Centerville. It was due for oil change, etc. I have been taking Smart here ever since I bought it in 2019 because I can trust their work and they always call and communicate anything they want to fix first but get your approval before starting.
Bottom line is I found the perfect trustworthy place.

My wife and I came out of the library and our Mercedes would not start. We had it towed to Foreign Exchange in Centerville, which has repaired our cars for the past few years. The fixed the problem quickly and correctly, as usual.

My BMW began leaking coolant right before the July 4th holiday and no one could get me in to fix the leak. I called the guys at Foreign Exchange and they got me in the same day and couldn’t have been nicer or more understanding. They even managed to save me some money. One day later my car is running like new. I won’t be going anywhere else for my repairs.

A fuel line leak brought my 1965 Mercedes Benz 230SL in for repair. Foreign Exchange carefully used a flatbed to transport my (dad's) baby to their garage. Rick, my POC at Foreign Exchange, communicated with me every step of the way. Rick is a professional; he explained to me what needed to be done now vs. what can wait. His recommendations were appreciated since I knew we can get to those repairs at a later date, which kept repair costs down. Foreign Exchange gets 5-stars.
