Dana Gardens

Dana’s is the classic lesson of “don’t judge a book by its cover.” There is nothing fancy about this place except for the hearts of its employees and patrons. If Xavier is only going to have only one bar- let it be the very essence of the wonderful students and families who create X. Celebrate your victories or drown your sorrows at Dana’s. Surely, you will leave with brighter spirits!

Where else could you go to a bar in sit next to Jesuits wearing robes enjoying a pitcher of beer!! For almost a hundred years Dana Gordon's has been here and I hope it lasts a hundred more

Good food, good drinks, but BJ was top notch, especially after I asked him to keep an eye on me because the person I was meeting for lunch was trying to push their limits. Appreciate him so much!

Xavier's signature college bar. Good drink selection of draft and cans. Decent bar food which was reasonably priced. It does attract a college crowd especially later at night, like 9:30 PM and later. The rest of the time it seems to be filled with locals. The bartenders are really nice.
The man entrance is on the side of the building facing the parking lot, up the wood ramp. I don't think you can enter from the front of the building by the sidewalk.

Friendly "dive" atmosphere with killer burgers at a reasonable price. Where else can have 2 tasty burgers topped with fresh ingredients, and fries, and 4 beers for under $30.00. I eat a Muskie burger at least 2 times per week. For some reason I never get tired of them. When I need a quick meal I call in my order and it's waiting for me.

A Norwood/Xavier University Institution. Do not go if you want a sanitary, updated venue, or consistently friendly service. Do go if you are looking for a taste of the college experience and a place to make memories with friends. Order Spicy balls and a Herschel’s, and bring a giant sharpie to add your name to the wall.

I was the only person in the place. People need to come here and support them. They were the only lunch food in the area and everything else is shut down. They were great food was good and place is really cool.. Make it a point to visit..

Great neighborhood. Lotsa TVs. Great food. Perfect spot to watch Xavier away games. The shot wheel is trouble.

Also the gathering spot for Cincinnati's Everton supporters club.

Fun local spot, especially for a Xavier fan! BJ is a fun guy, and the food is exceptionally good for a bar! Highly recommend as a Norwood staple.

Amazing dive bar with great beer selection and affordable prices

Great bar! We used to come here every Wednesday for happy hour! Although there aren't specials we acted like it was happy hour.

Absolute must for any Xavier fan. The epicenter of the Musketeer universe (outside of the Cintas Center) thanks to BJ and his awesome staff.

College dive bar. Standard beer and drinks but food is pretty good. Cannot wear a tank top if you're a guy

It is just the best. Fresh cut fries, killer spicy cheese balls, and amazing burgers. Great atmosphere!

Best dive bar burgers around for the price. Eat lunch every Friday with fellow employees. Jim is great!

Locals go here a lot, my experience there was good, the bar tender was very nice, the place was nice and clean, I recommend this place to anyone who lives close to this establishment.
