I remember as a little girl watching the movie "The Wizard of Oz" I cried at the end, and you may ask why? It was because Dorothy finally arrived "home" where her heart & happiness found the peace she had taken for granted. But her "home journey" wasn't achieved on her own, but was actually a team effort! My experience with Ciji from Brick House Realty was excellent! As a new investor, I had a ton of questions and concerns and needed a realtor that was knowledgeable. Ciji was just that! She is not only professional, but also a VERY pleasant person. From our very first conversation, she made me feel comfortable and confident that we could get the job done. It's not often that I provide a review after doing business, my personal belief is that whomever decides to read this has no idea who I am, so why would they take my word or my commentary as truth, however, I feel it necessary to offer my thoughts regarding my most recent experience with Andrea as the realtor in charge of selling one of my rental properties. My level of experience with real estate spans almost 30 years, I purchased my first property in 1994 and subsequently have been in possession of many homes during this period of time. I can remember that very first purchase as if it were yesterday, of course because it was the first, but mostly because of the anxiety and fear that can come along with taking such a big step in our lives. I remember the two things that made me relax, the knowledge and accessibility of the person who was guiding me through the process. I met Andrea through a close and trusted friend so automatically she had the stamp of approval, but that was confirmed from the first action she took after she was recommended. I would say it was not more than 10 minutes after she was contacted that I needed the services of her company than she was dialing into my cell number to introduce herself, indicator that this person is accessible. As I explained my situation she quickly identified some paths for us to move forward with and set a time to get the home listed, second key indicator she was extremely knowledgeable. Knew price points, what the market was doing, when to make a price reduction, provided weekly updates to property views and showings, knew which offer to accept and what price to counter the offer. My apologies for such a long worded review, however, if you have taken the time to read all of this then you are searching for the right person to help you with your real estate needs. Whatever experience level you posses with real estate, Andrea and BHR are who you have been searching for. I look forward to further developing my real estate relationship with this company. I reached out to Ciji in a panic in September of 2021 to buy a house. She was so ready and helpful, gave me SO MUCH knowledge, and offered availability to help even after the Seller requested I Not work with an her anymore due to being an off market sell. She said “np I am not going to stand in the way” and showed Major integrity through that. Eventually I withdrew my offer on that house and requested to work with Ciji again. She prepped me and checked in periodically for over a year. Once I was ready, she connected me to my lender, title company, etc and I had my house in a month and 7days. She went above and beyond Many times and now Everyone in my family wants to work with her. 20 out of 10… 20/10!

Also, my house had multiple offers. I did Not know this until After my offer was accepted. That would’ve caused so much unnecessary anxiety and stress but Ciji handled the whole thing so gracefully and truly protected me from what I didn’t need to know and Secured the house. Top Tier!
