They’re pretty proactive about selling you a car but terrible about returning phone calls for other needs. I called 3 separate times to purchase an extended warranty for my son. Never got a call back. They get a thumbs down for that. Service and sales should be commensurate.

If I could give this service department zero stars I would. I took my 2023 Kona in to this dealership because it was closest to my work & they have shuttle service. And I thought the Voss name meant I would get top notch service. When I met the service tech (I won’t add his name, he knows who he is) he was very nice at first. I told him the heat was not working. It had been 10 degrees the day before and the heat never even got warm. I expressed my disappointment in this car & all he could say was “It’s just like any car, you either get a good one or a bad one”. When I replied “I guess I got the bad one” he didn’t even apologize & offer to do whatever it took to change my mind about the car. That’s when his attitude started to change. Later that day he text me & said the heat was working fine & it got super hot. (They had it inside the building the whole time) When I picked my car up the heat still wasn’t working very well & it certainly wasn’t super hot. It had never gotten super hot, ever. I took it back the next week & my husband went with me. The service tech had an attitude from the moment I walked in. My husband asked that he take the car for a drive & he could see for himself that the heat didn’t work. Once again I received a text that they had taken the car outside, rolled all the windows down and turned the heat on & it got to 75 degrees. The heat had never gotten to 75 degrees! His excuse was that the Kona’s have weak systems. That’s not real encouraging! He told me he had thermal pictures but no one showed them to me when I picked up the car. A week later when I took it back to have a recall part replaced he asked if anyone showed me the thermal photos. I said no and it doesn’t matter because I still had no heat. I just wanted them to replace the recall part so I could be done with them. I was really disappointed in the attitude I received from this guy. He didn’t seem to like that I didn’t agree with him. But he wasn’t the one that was freezing while I was driving the car! A couple weeks later I took it to another Hyundai dealership and they DID fix the heat. I will NEVER take my car to Voss Hyundai ever again and I won’t recommend them to anyone else either.

Though the vehicle, Sonata hybrid, was purchased and maintained here... it takes just one experience...
After error lights flashed and the car suddenly slowed to 30mph, on the highway, i was lucky to get it to this dealer on backroads safely.
Was told they could look at it in a month and told me to come back then. I said it can't be driven. After haggling they said maybe 3 weeks they could diagnose it.
I called hyundai customer service. They interceded and spoke with the manager who got it in a few days later to diagnose. He wanted to clean the ecr valve (for $500+). I said, why not replace it? He said that would be $750. I asked if that would solve the problem. He said they wouldn't know till it was done if there were other problems.
I called around and found I could replace the ecr valve for under $300. I took it to a small shop in Centerville who said they were hybrid certified, after paying Voss a $125 diagnosis fee.
I told this other shop it might not be the ecr valve, I wasn't sure. They called me a few hours later to pick up the car. They had cleaned a corroded circuit. The total charge, $150. It's been running perfectly for months. Apparently, they really were hybrid certified.

I would give zero stars if i could. I waited a month for my appointment. Came in asking for a very specific part to be replaced. Sat in the lobby and waited 8hrs. They never even looked at the part, and sent me home saying the issue was fixed. It was not! Went to Midas a few days later and they listened and fixed it properly. I will never go back to this dealership service center or buy another hyundai vehicle.
