Brook Falls has been an amazing vet practice. We're relatively new clients and they've already seen us through a lot. The staff is very nice and very well informed. We had issues with a nail clipping where my dog was terrified. We were unable to do the trimming that day, but instead the vet tech took the time to talk with me about how we can deal with the issues, we agreed to some medications, and I left with a handful of information detailing what we had discussed. (We were able to get her nails trimmed later that week!)

Everyone here is so kind and professional. The staff took time to explain each step of the exam to me and to make sure my animals were as calm and comfortable as they could be. The facility is obviously well cared for and clean. The rooms were well equipped. All aspects of the visit went smoothly. It is great to find a vet so knowledgable about rabbits in my area!

We recently had our first visit with Dr. Alison Toetz after switching veterinary care from a clinic we had been going to for years. Our dog, Milo, is fearful of going to the vet, so we were hopeful a change would be in his best interest. We could not be happier with our decision! Dr. Toetz and VA Ashley were fantastic! Dr. Toetz's expertise in working with anxious dogs was evident and also eased Mom and Dad's anxiety 😊. We are looking forward to many years with them, as well as utilizing the Pet Resort located nextdoor!!

What more can I say then kindness is what matters to the vets and staff at Brook-Falls. When our furry family member needs attention and medical care I truly trust the veterinarians here. They took wonderful care of my beautiful Maisie all the way to the end. I will always be grateful for the care you provided for her as well as for my current dogs, Yogi and Tessa. Thank you so much for being there for us, and for them.

They are the absolute best exotic vet around. I wasn't having any luck finding a place to see my Chinchilla asap. They got him in the same day, within hours. The staff, vet and assistant were all very kind. We felt well taken care of. The price was great also. You'd think being exotic they'd cost an arm and leg but it was totally reasonable.

I've been taking my birds to Brook falls animal hospital for the last 13 years. The avian vets there are not only top notch but they are also super compassionate not just to me but also to my birds. My birds have zero fear of being at the vet's office because they get cuddled and loved on and snacks and they don't even realize they're being checked out by the vet. During the sad times where I have had Birds die or have had to have them put to sleep the doctors and all the staff are so compassionate. You can tell that they do what they love and they love what they do

I brought in my three rescue cavies for a wellness appointment. The vet and vet tech thoroughly checked for wellness on my New Guinea pigs. They provided detail care information and how to maintain wellness on my piggies - teeth, skin etc. My two year old was also able to an active part of the appointment. I was so impressed with the care, service, and obvious love for animals especially exotics and small animals. I highly recommend!

I called around to about 5 different vets, because my chinchilla was having dental problems. None of them could get him in and I was scared I was gonna lose him by the time I could get him in. The last vet I called recommended brook falls, so I called. I was astonished that they were able to get him in to see him the same day. I live quite far, but it was definitely worth the drive. They took such great care of him. They were very sweet to both him and me. They xrayed him and got his teeth all trimmed up no problem and then we were on our way. I highly reccomend this vet. Loved the vet techs and the vet!

I was here several years ago for my green anole. He had an infected eye and happened to notice a tumor near his eye as well.

Gave me meds for his eye and he was as good as new and they reassured me that the tumor shouldn’t affect him.

He’s still going strong and he’s about six years old, plus who knows how old he was when I first got him.

I was impressed that they would treat exotic pets like reptiles including one as small as him that isn’t tame at all.

I took him I believe in early 21 so I had to wait in the car but once he was taken inside by them it went pretty quickly.

I was recommended to go here by my previous vet office that no longer has a vet for bunnies. Brook-Falls was extremely professional and accommodating. I was able to make an appointment very quickly and the entire process was great. They also support a great cause and donate their time and money to help with care and adoption of stray dogs in Turks and Caicos.

We recently had to say goodbye to our best friend, Bluie. Brook-Falls provided great care over the last year of his life as we were trying to figure out what was going on with him. In particular, Doctors Harris, Barajas, and Toetz - along with many vet techs - were helpful at difficult moments for Bluie. It was a really tough decision to let him go but Brook-Falls tried everything to help Bluie and make him comfortable at the end. Thank you, Brook-Falls, for providing exemplary service and care.

I got my sick hamster in at only 2 hours notice, even though I was not previously in the system. I was able to get an extra 4 days with my hamster that were less miserable for him, and they were so caring when I arrived for the second time to put him down and he had already passed. They were so compassionate and not one to overcharge like so many vets in my area, which is what I needed during this time. An hour and a half drive away and I would still definitely come back. Thank you for doing your best to help me and Levi.

Always the best and most comprehensive care for our most precious cat. Dr. Bloss is the greatest but really everyone at Brook-Falls is awesome!

I’ll never have enough good things to say about Brook Falls and Dr Kase. Took my bunny Misty there today to address a URI and Dr Kase was just amazing with her. I would absolutely trust them with any of my small animals. Thank you Brook Falls for getting me in the same day!

Extremely pleased and impressed. We came from a vet in Sussex who misdiagnosed our previous dog and also overcharged a basic test by $609 extra. My fiance and I were so, so impressed with how they treated our collie. Couldn't recommend higher.

Dr. Sweet put my rat down today. And of course Megan the tech was there with me as we knew each other from wildlife in need. Just want to say thank you for today and that's to the brook falls team for loving my rats too.

I highly recommend for exotic pet care! They were so wonderful with my three birds. They are so kind and knowlegable and made it a stress free experience. I went there for the exotic care, but they were so great I'm considering moving my dogs there too.

They were the best at taking care of my rabbit.snowball loves them because she stays calm. Last time I think both times Dr .Wittenberg had her.. all the staff is how your supposed to be they live by the golden rules and make my anxiety driven daughter at ease. I recommend them to anyone.

No matter which staff member we have seen they have all been great with out dogs! They are very attentive and have had a gentle touch with them especially our one challenging dog who is terrified of everyone and everything.

They did very well with my guinea pig and they had called the next day to ask how she was doing I would most definitely recommend Brook Falls to anyone I know they are reasonably priced in comparison to other vets not only that their staff is very friendly and helpful and as a first-time client I'm very impressed
