Having never worn or been fitted for steel toe's, especially knowing they need to be comfortable for long hours, i was beyond worried of having to figure out what I am looking for on my own. Irish was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the stores products, as well as my employers expectations, and made the whole process quick, smooth, and informative.

On vacation, dealing with achy feet, and after going to several other shoe stores with employees that didn't seem to care about selling me any shoes or even acknowledge my presence, I stumbled upon this store in Appleton with little hope that I would find anything helpful. Boy, was I wrong! A very nice and helpful woman named Carol Sue helped me get exactly what I needed. She took the time to measure *both* of my feet, helped me select both what I needed *and* wanted, and stayed focused on me throughout the sale. This was not your typical sales experience nowadays. If I lived in the area, I would do all my shoe shopping at this store.

We had a great experience at Vanderloop Shoes. The young man that helped us was great, and really listened and understood my foot issues. I believe his name was (Brian). Talked me out of a shoe I was going to settle for, and got me into the right size shoe. Thank you!

They have all work shoes you could need, from composite, alloy or steel sneakers to cowboy boots in the nice brands. I was assisted by a very nice, knowledgeable person and was in and out quickly. Will return.

Stopped in the other day to get Safety Boots.
Had a decent selection and actually had my size. I stepped on the foot pressure machine and they recommend I get some boot insoles for my high arches. Worked out very nice. The people working were very nice and helpful. I used to go to that buy one get 1 half off place, but now will only go to Vanderloop. Thank You

I've been going through them for years. Yes, sometimes their trucks don't always have what I'm look for or the correct size but they do have "I believe" 3 other stores I can go to. I've called the store a few days before or even a day before and they always bring them on the truck to our work site and the guys on the truck are always pretty cool.

I was in the Casaloma store on 12/16 to safety shoes for work. The two gentlemen that were there were very polite, helpful, and informative. They helped me pick out a great pair of safety shoes that I already love. I will certainly shop there in the future.

I stopped in this morning to get a new pair of ESD/Safety shoes for work and the lady was super nice and helpful in finding the right pair of shoes that are perfect for my feet. Thank you for the great customer service 😀

I've been in here a few times and every time that I am everyone is very helpful and kind. They do everything they possibly can to find the right size shoes for me! The people there are great.

We brought my cousin there she needed a special pair of shoes Unfortunately they had to order the pair but they seemed very friendly and helpful
