Best Buy

I went to this Best Buy location to speak with the Verizon Specialist (I think his name was Dave?) on 1/18/24.

He created one of the best sales experiences that I've ever had. Very nice person that seems passionate about what he does, which ultimately made myself as a customer feel even better about my experience. He honestly could sell a furnace in Florida. Great salesmen that explains everything very thoroughly. He deserves a raise!

Nice clean store. Nice and usually knowledgable patient staff. I like that they are local, yet have the backing of a large organization to be competitive and price match. They also support the products they sell via their Geek Squad. Support local, and take advantage of their total protection, protecting the device you purchase...a Big Win-Win.

Staff was very helpful pointing me in the right direction and I always find it worth the money to have them put on my screen protector. Always turns out good and saves me the frustration. Money well spent.

The employees were extremely helpful and very nice. Sadly, what I came in for was not available in the store. There was a slot on the shelf for what I wanted but I was advised to take a picture of the empty slot (with the SKU) then go home & order it online. I left the store thinking if I wanted to order it online, I would have. I went into the store to be able ask questions. That was kinda lame.

Great service from the Geek Squad with our lap top under the Apple Care warranty. The store is mostly done with a major remodel. Pretty impressive. Luckily, my son got a new Playstation there today because it was the last one in the store. The greeter asked us what we were looking for and sent a rep to us immediately. It went very smoothly.

Met a very nice worker...His name was Dan...He had a great sense of humor and made me smile...He showed me where I could find the dash cams and knew exactly what I was looking for...Thank you Dad for making my day so much brighter with that great smile and laughter...I will search for you anytime I need help!!!

Kinda bias because I love Best Buy, but to be real, the employees are very helpful, and some really know their stuff well. I love that I can still go to a place and see the product physically, lol. There is a lot to look at from tvs computers phones cameras kitchen stuff surround sound stuff some furniture entertainment centers. They still have some new release movies, but not as much as they did a few years ago.

Geek Sqaud had the best customer service around! If they don't know the answer, they will ask and call around until they get one. I 100% will always recommend them to friends and family.

I went there to buy a phone. I was helped quickly. The employees were helpful with any questions I had about the phones. I'm definitely going back there next year to get another phone.

Recently purchased a wall oven with microwave unit attached. I knew exactly what i wanted when i arrived to the store. The purchase went smoothly, the delivery went very good as well. I am super excited to have my kitchen built so we can give it a forever home. The delivery team also noted that it would not be unwrapped and opened for a bit as we are rebuilding from a fire that nearly destroyed our home. They told me if anything was wrong when we finally unbox it to contact right away and Best Buy would still be able to assist us. They tucked it away safe and sound.

Great place to shop when technology matters. You can wing it on your own or go to Best Buy where you will get the latest in technology at a reasonable price

Big fan of best buy. Wish they had better stock of trading card stuff but at least they offer it. I usually always buy online so I don't know much else about the physical store

Super helpful and Informative… Bret - an associate - was able to direct me to the items that I came to Best Buy to purchase. He was also able to answer several questions regarding future purchases that I plan to make… And will be making those purchases at THIS Best Buy because of the positive experience and customer service I had encountered today. Friendly service, very informative on products.
I buy appliances, electronics, and accessories from here. Have been for years.
Any issues with anything and they are quick to take care of it.

Thanks to Andrew in tv section I’ve gotten an immersive experience with speakers of all types, was looking for tv originally but was introduced to something I was missing out on in life!!!

The manager, Noah, came up to assist with a price match and quick asked about my headset needs, and spent the better part of an hour finding me the perfect match. I was difficult and came back with different questions. (I wanted something good quality AND cute ok?) and he always assisted with a smile. I appreciate the help and his customer service is amazing!

Eddie helped my husband and I work through some decisions about our computer needs. Y Habla Español!! (Which was a big plus for us!) Thank you Eddie!

I was recently interested in getting a gaming laptop. I had a tight budget and barely knew what I was looking for. I asked help from one of the employees, Nick. He was extremely polite and took the time to explain what everything was, while sticking in my price range. He was patient, and made sure I was getting the most bang for my buck. He also informed me of other nessesary thing that I also may need. I recommend going here for your tech needs and talking to him.

Decent selection and clean. Staff seemed super eager to help which was nice to see. The bf and I made a good sized purchase and so far everything we got has worked out well.

Took a while to get assistance, but once available, the employee was very helpful. There are tools (look for the signs) to get in the help queue which I did not notice initially.
