Experimax is an absolutely wonderful business. I needed the hinge on my iMac replaced that was no longer available from Apple. Marty provided me with the original part that was defective and demonstrated how it had broke. He is very precise, professional and has great prices for the services and products he provides. It’s comforting to have someone as knowledgeable as him just a few miles away.

I stopped in today to get a key replaced on my MacBook Air keypad. Marty was able to replace the key within minutes and was super helpful! I will definitely be returning when I need computer or phone repairs. They also have a nice selection of refurbished macs that come with a one year warranty. So glad I found them!

Update on my review.
Graphics card went bad in my Mac 9 months after buying it. That means the whole logic board gets replaced. Not good.
Took it in and without me asking they warrantied it and gave me another computer and swapped my hard drive into the new one.
I can attest that you can rest easy buying a used computer because they will back up their product.

Bought a used Mac 6 months ago and they have supported their product for service at no cost this far.
Had an update get corrupted and they helped me reinstall the OS. Charger went bad and they warrantied it.
So far I've had great customer service and all of my questions answered.
And I saved money on a quality used computer.
Used doesn't mean that it won't cost you a decent amount of money however. It's just much less than a new one.

My 2013 IMac wasn't booting up so I took it to the Apple Store and they said my hard drive was dead and that I needed a new one. Stopped by Experimax, as I was at another store in the shopping center, described my problem to Marty and he suggested that it might just be an OS issue and to I bring it in for them to look at. Turned out, it was the OS and my iMac was back in business the next day. Great service, explained a variety of issues it might be, and in the end it was a great experience that saved me a bit of money. If I have another problem, I will be back.

These guys are the absolute best and I would drive for hundreds of miles to have them repair ant of my devises. Worked hard to resolve numerous issues with my MacBook and, instead of trying to sell me a new computer, made a repair that will give me several more years of use. So knowledgeable and fabulous service. They have made a customer for life. Exceptional service.

I had to get my laptop screen replaced due to one of my kids breaking it, I called around and found that Experimax offers the best pricing and had great reviews so I went with them. After my experience with this location I can see why.

I worked with Marty, the screen that came in to replace mine was damaged in shipping, Marty was completely transparent through the whole process and was able to get a new screen shipped in very quickly and expedited the fix once it was received.

There was great communication through the whole process and the integrity of the business was shown throughout as well, making sure to do what is right for the customer without the customer having to ask. I will be bringing my hardware here for any repairs if needed in the future and will recommend Experimax to any of my friends.

I’ve been coming here for years well I should say whenever my IPhone, Mac book or any of my I products are sick which is very rarely! I got to say today just solidified why Experimax is my GoTo place for all my I products. Marty was extremely helpful and was attentive to my all over the place needs🤭 Thanks Marty!

Dean and the team were very helpful and knowledgeable. So far I have sold a macbook and gotten repairs on another and each experience was great. The repair saved me $800+ rather than go to the Apple store. Thanks Experimac!

Excellent service! Would recommend to anyone in need of a mac repair/update. I went in at 6:35pm, they close at 7pm. The owner fixed my 2010 macbook pro that apple store would have never touched. Reinstalled OS and stayed late so that I wouldn't have to make the drive (out of my way) the next day and the fee was very reasonable, I paid 1/4 of what I assumed I would pay. So helpful & very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Took a water damaged Mac Book Pro in today to have it professionally evaluated. Turns out the extent of damage was past the point of no return, however, I was completely satisfied with the level of service and expertise by Dean and his team. I would recommend them to any Apple user prior to investing thousands on a brand new machine - You won't be disappointed!

Experimac has become my go-to for Apple/Mac services. The first time I came in, my toddlers were going nuts and Dean (owner?) was great with them! Everyone I've interacted with there has been easy to work with and the service is fast and good value. Thanks guys!

The staff at Experimax Worthington provide exceptional customer service. We purchased a phone (7plus) for my wife, but had some trouble getting it from the dealer (no fault of Experimax at all). To correct this, Dean, the store owner/manager, got us an upgrade (8plus 64g) for the same price. Unfortunately, a component in that phone malfunctioned, but Dean and his staff fixed it at no charge to us. We are very satisfied with both the product and the service we received. If you're looking for affordable Apple products and terrific customer service I highly recommend Experimax Worthington. They do good business.

Daughter broker her screen on her iPhone SE. I emailed them just to get estimate- they responded so quickly- and either best price of several other local repair locations.

During visit they were very friendly- knowledgeable & overall a great experience. Even when it got busy still managed to balance all of the customers.

My 2012 iMac began acting erratically and locking up for minutes at a time in response to input as simple as a mouse click. Dean and his team at Experimac were extremely helpful. They did extensive troubleshooting and discovered that my machine had a strange and rare factory configuration that made recovery more challenging than expected. Nevertheless, they did the research, found the solution, replaced my 2TB HD with a new 2TB hybrid drive, reconfigured the system to take maximum advantage of my SSD, and restored everything seamlessly. And the price for the work was extremely reasonable (I think a more honest term would be "cheap"). In addition, they did a battery replacement for my iPhone 6 on the spot for a fraction of what the Apple Store charges. I highly recommend Experimac. They kept me in business at a price I could afford.

I purchased a Mac from here for work and it started randomly shutting down. I took the laptop in and they tried to fix the issue but when they couldn’t the owner upgraded me to a much better laptop for no extra charge. I didn’t think that level of customer service still existed. I will definitely be back!

Called this store today in the AM 04/11/19. Ask multiple questions about my MacBook Pro's and the ability to upgrade. Got instant answers to all my questions. Very detailed on what could be done. This afternoon I entered the store and within an hour the replaced a battery and upgraded my memory which I was told was not possible by another repair station. I was told of my dx by the store which was spot on and fixed on the spot with no need to have to leave the computers. Highly recommend these guys. Great customer service and very knowledgable on the Apple computers. Will most certainly do business here in the future.

Update. This is my second awesome experience with this company. He took what looked to be a hopeless cause and made it look new again. Great store. HIGHLY recommend if you have an apple issue. If you have a problem with an Apple produce or want a high quality used Mac or ipad/iphone issue this is the place to take it to get it repaired.

Along with numerous text support visits I have made they also completely replaced(&saved hard drive) my used Macbook when it experience techno screen of death. Everything covered under warranty you guys are the best! wouldn't go anywhere else...

How could you give this shop any less than five stars? Unparalleled customer service. I wish there was a way to describe the shop’s level of service other than such a cliched expression but that pretty much sums it up.

I had two Mac repairs there and two iPhone batteries replaced.

The official Apple Store response to service requests: “Here’s a new Mac over here that will solve all your problems.”

Experimac’s response: “Yeah, you should be able to get another few years out of this product.”

I plan to use this shop for all my Mac repairs and I intend to buy my next Mac here.
