Professional/friendly staff & facility, and a good outcome was achieved. However, before choosing this prep be aware that you still have to take laxatives the day before, must wake up at 3 AM for more laxatives, and it is not a "comfortable" or passive procedure--you have to continuously clench/hold/push for over an hour throughout the 16 gallons of irrigation for it to be effective. Contrary to the HyGIea literature I received from my doctor, I was "running to the toilet" most of the day prior, didn't get "a good night's sleep", and had significant abdominal cramping during the entire procedure. HyGIea says everyone's experience is different, but I suggest asking some questions before investing $250 in this prep.

Today was the second time my wife used this service. Four years ago, she used this and had a good experience. They halted the process when "everything was clear." Today, no dice. They forced her to endure the whole process, even though it was apparent everything was clear early on. My wife was in misery afterwards. The attendant, totally didn't seem to care. When we signed in downstairs, the staff were concerned about my wife, fearing she may pass out at any moment. Please make sure you understand the process and are ready for 13-16 gallons to flush your system, all while you "push." There are now pill options which do not require so much drinking of liquid.
One thing for sure, neither one of us would ever again use this service.
