I have had Mike, the owner, create a number of beautiful pieces of jewelry. My family have been customers for at least 20 years and have never had a bad experience. I even, on two occasions, brought jewelry from somewhere else which he fixed. Most recently he made a Mother's Day necklace where he embedded my children's birthstones right on the necklace. It was beautiful!

Have had 2 rings repaired. Quality work. I highly recommend. Cost reasonable.

Good place

This place is a rip off I paid a 12 month layaway and she try to give me a ring that was lesser value and then turned around and tried to up sale the ring I had on layaway. She’s scam’s everyone including those little girls that she has working for her.

Don’t spend your money here got two pair of earrings that broke within days of purchase spoke to the lady in charge she would only give half of what I paid in credit. Accused the children that wore the earring of breaking them. took one pair of the earring to another place they told I got scam by golden nugget.

At first it was cool until we bought are wedding rings and my wife whole crown fell off the ring and we took it back up up to them and asked why her crown fell off, so we havent had her wedding ring a good 5 months and she charged us to fix it which she is wrong for that and my experience went from good to bad. I will never shop there again because for us to only have the ring 5 months and the crown fall off is terrible. Then she want to give us every run arond in the book why we have to pay to get my wife wedding ring fix! Yes we are upset at her about how she seem to just want more money to fix my wife's ring. I will never shop there again its horrible to know that instead of her fixing it she charges us to fix it..

By far the worst place to get your jewelry from I bought a gold chain only wore once and it broke and they said we are doing you a favor by fixing it but yet it’s a life time warranty shorty work and jewelry rather buy my stuff from Walmart

Room was okay, except the beds were teeny tiny. I ordered a room with a king, when I got there all they had were doubles for my wife and I. Asked for a king, but they wouldn't do it unless I paid for an upgrade. If I had read the fine print when I booked I would have seen they reserve the right to stick me in any room they feel like. First night there, they lock us out, because whoever took my credit card for deposit screwed it up. Then they blamed me locked us out at 2 am until we "paid". Obviously I paid, but they would not admit fault and blamed me and my credit card company. The room we got had about half a piece of toilet paper when we got there. Took about 2 hours on the phone with housekeeping to get any sent up. They also will not clean your room unless you are there more than 4 nights. Worst customer service I've ever had at a hotel. It was cheap though
