Charcoal Grill

It's been a longtime since I went to a charcoal grill.. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good especially the pizza. The service was great. Overall a very nice experience

The brunch was great! My favorite was the Cod Nuggets. Yes, they have cod Nuggets! Even though they seemed a little short staffed, the service was still solid. Plan to go back.

Just had the Smoothered French Dip and a Beer Cheese Smoked Burger. Both were absolutely fantastic.

I haven't been to a charcoal grill in years and was very much impressed. The food was great, service was good. And their buffet was amazing! I definitely will have to come back another time when in town.

We came in with a large group of people. Our waitress was attentive, accommodating and cheerful. The Sunday brunch was AWESOME

Our families experience tonight was so great. The staff was so caring when it came to our three little ones, the atmosphere was so pretty and cozy especially at this time of year, and the service was great! Nothing but a great experience! :)

Wait staff much better than last time I was there they had enough coverage. I had the smothered French dip was very good . Ten people at the table the only complaint was a little more chicken in chicken soup would be nice.

There was nothing really to make a complaint about here. The atmosphere nice the food was good and the service was on point. If had to nit pick about anything it would be that the greenbeans lacked seasoning but other than that A+

Came here for lunch with a group of co-workers and could tell that they were quite short staffed. Although it took nearly an hour to get our food, our server was always refilling our drink, apologizing, and checking in on us, and smiling. When it came time to get our food everything was delicious.

Food was so good! They give you so much. Its worth the drive and the waitress was nice. This was our second time eating here and we will definitely go back.

Went for my bday brunch on a Sunday. It was delicious and filled with options. I hadn’t been to charcoal grill in years and I plan to be back. The owner or manager on that Sunday was phenomenal.

Amazing food and service! Management is awesome super friendly! This will def be our new family dinner spot!

We ordered take out and it was really good. Not very crowded. Had the Uncle Sam and it was great. I'm looking forward to Easter brunch there, the spread looks good.

The food was good, the burger j had was deliouce and juicy, cooked exactly how I like. The little toppings bar is cute. The staff were nice. Only problem is that this place feels to much like a cheap franchise. I was hoping for a more local vibe.

Very nice sports bar. My husband and I ordered the grilled cheese and the classic cheeseburger with onion strings. We also got the spinach dip as and appetizer. The portions were very large so we had meals for days. We did not like the taste of the beer cheese, but that is a personal preference. The quality of the food was good and the menu choice is extensive.

Great food, great service, neat atmosphere!

My last experience here was very good. The wait staff was very attentive to our needs and the food was very well done. The chili is excellent and the Turkey Crunch sandwich were very good on a cold day. I would send anyone here for good food. Sometimes the prices are a bit high for what you are getting but that is they way lots of fast food is doing now.

Update: Steve from Operations gave me a call and was wonderful making sure that I was happy and explained the circumstances, expectations, and going over in person to review. I'm more than happy with the resolution and wow'd at the call right away! Nice work, Charcoal Grille! I'll be back.

Customer service with issue handled more than poorly! Don- Evening manager is aggressive! Says his staff would be fired if this issue happened (who says this in regards to their employees?!)

I order takeout quite frequently from here (because the food is good!) for my husband I. My husband has one go to- the salad! I got home and saw it was half the serving. Made sure I was charged correctly- I was. Called and the nice lady said to come back to fix. I explain to Don and he said it's not a half serving so I explain it is. I'm a regular and I definitely wouldn't come back for some attempt at food I'm not owed. Overall- kitchen would be fired, they would be out of business and this has never left the kitchen with more of the salad then what I got in the most sly (I'm a liar) offensive way. I was in pure shock how he offensive he was treating me like I was trying to put one over on them. Very upsetting since I love the typical staff and food.

The Wisconsin Harvest wrap was wonderful. The mashed potatoes were good, not as firm as I would make them, but very good. The spinach dip in bread bowl was also really good. Boyfriend got the ribs and we are definitely not disappointed. Would go here again. Chicken and dumpling soup was also really good, I really liked the broth. The tater tots that came with the wrap were cooked better than they are from most places, where I would say they aren't cooked enough. The green beans that came with his ribs were really good. No photos because we dug right in once it got here.
