I have been working with this company for 8 months now. They have great customer service and are extremely knowledgeable about selling on Amazon. Working with them has increased my sales! I will definitely continue to work with them in the future. They always get back to me and have all the answers I am looking for.

I can talk regarding their ERS service. It works pretty well (actually better than expected). After multiple ERS services, I could see that the service can vary depending on the kind of product (some products are easier to be reviewed than others). However, it is pretty good in general.

I've been using their services for a while and I loved their ERS service. It was just amazing. The prep center was just a little bit slower than expected but it was also fine.

I have started their unlimited free storage since last month. I would never believe it until I actually used it. This is fantastic. I am thrilled by them.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! IT'S A SCAM!

1. ZERO accountability even they failed to deliver:
This company doesn't take any responsibility of what they offer. I e-mailed the team multiple times during the campaign to ensure my campaign will be done in the promised time frame and they replied me and reassured me that it will be done as mentioned. BUT they never delivered the result, not even half of what they advertised.

2. They refused to give me a concrete timeline for their service:
When the campaign ended, I reached out to them twice and mentioned it was not complete. They arranged a person to call me but the person argued with me when they can't even tell me when they can compete the plan. They used all sorts of excuses (Amazon's issue, product issue...etc) to avoid they were failing to bring the result as mentioned.

3. Poor company with horrible customer service:
They refused to refund the fee even when they can't complete the job.
The person who called me was supposed to help me with my campaign. Instead, he raised his voice and offered me a useless solution (either to continue with no promise when they can complete or end it and lose my money)

This company is not reliable.I would suggest everyone interested in their service to find a better company.

Never ever use this company for reviews !!! They source unqualified people who then post bad reviews on your product or book on Amazon and then refuse to take it down- and worst of all you pay for the bad review on your own product or book. Customer service was terrible, they cared less for the damage they caused and did nothing to repair it.
