I recently had one of the best customer service experiences of my life at Heritage Cycles. I have a limb difference that makes my right hand/wrist smaller and my right arm shorter. I’ve had my bike since I was a teen, but started riding again recently and was experiencing a lot of wrist pain due to the position I had to be in to reach the handlebars with my right hand. I sent an email to Heritage Cycles asking if there were either any modifications that could be made to my bike or any other bikes they would recommend. They encouraged me to bring my bike in, so I did. When I arrived, Josh assisted me. He spent a good amount of time with me looking over my bike, listening intently to the problems I was experiencing and asking questions to gauge what my limitations were. He even pointed out a safety issue that I hadn’t considered; because I wasn’t able to reach the brake with my right hand, I was only braking the front tire and was at risk of flipping over the bike if I made a hard stop. I know next to nothing about bikes, so it would have been very easy for someone to just say I needed a new one and make a little extra money, but Josh went above and beyond to make MY bike work for me. In the end, Heritage replaced my handlebars with ones that were easier to reach, rewired the brakes so that my left hand brakes the back tire, brought the brake handles closer to the bars so I can reach them with both hands, and did a tune up. The final cost was less than I was originally quoted. I’m so glad I asked these experts for help. I felt so heard and supported, and my bike is SO much more comfortable for me now!

Great bike shop. Have had our bikes tuned up here and purchased accessories. Just rented 2 e-bikes for a trip on the Ohio to Erie Trail. Their service was above and beyond.

Great Staff! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Needed pedals swapped out and didn't have the tools and they did it for free on the spot. Also showed up needing a tune up 3 days before Pelotonia [HUGE annual charity bike ride in Columbus] they were booked out a week! but they got it done in time! Very appreciative!

I brought in my beat up old bike for a tune up, and asked for their most expensive service option. Instead of just taking my money, they let me know that the service package I asked for didn't really apply for my bike, and said the cheaper option is all I needed. That kind of honesty and integrity instantly sold me as a customer for life.

Stopping in for some guidance on my recumbent trike was a great experience. Columbus is fortunate to have a number of bike shops around town, but Heritage Cycles is by far my favorite.

I brought my bike in to fix a flat tire. I had gotten a tune up at a different shop a few weeks ago, but wasn’t happy with what they did. Tiffany showed me the different tire options and talked through my options. Then she told me that the front tire was also low and could be losing air as well. The next morning she looked over my bike and found multiple other things that needed to be addressed. A+ for thoroughly looking over the bike and making sure all issues were addressed. This will be the place we bring our bikes from now on!

Got a custom build here and these guys were always available to answer questions or let me test things out. Highly recommend this shop!

Jason and his team LOVE bicycles! Heritage Cycles was one of the very few shops with touring bikes in stock and the ONLY one within 150 miles of Cincinnati with the model and size I wanted. Jason helped me set up a new Surly Disc Trucker, what a cool ride it is!

Great local bike shop that hosts weekly group rides around Grove City. If you have an older bike that needs some TLC or if you're looking for a new set of wheels, these are the folks to see!

I tried Heritage Cycles for the first time for a lite tuneup and spoke repair. Great work at reasonable rates! Their customer service is excellent and my bike rides like new again. They are now my go-to bike shop!

I needed a seat post for my son’s bike. There was a short wait, but I was greeted as soon as I arrived, and the shop dog kept me company while I waited.

I was helped promptly by a staff member (Thomas? Travis? - I’m bad with names), who found me a seat post, installed it, installed my new seat, made a few other adjustments to the bike, and gave it back to me FREE OF CHARGE.
I’ve never had a business do work for me and charge me $0. I couldn’t believe it.

I ended up buying something else because I wanted to contribute to the business in some small way.

These are good people. If you need something for your bike, go to Heritage Cycles in Grove City.

I discovered this shop after meeting the owners during a Sunday morning ride. They were on Surly's and I also ride one.
I visited the shop and decided to bring my bicycles there. I live on the Northside of Columbus but it's worth the trip. Especially to have someone who appreciates a Surly working on it. Excellent service and the prices are very competitive!
