One of the best Nordic ski areas I’ve ever been to. We love going in the winter and are excited to try the new summer additions like the bike trails starting at the top of squirrel hill and the disc golf course.

Checkout the new and improved bike trail! Takes you to the top of Squirrel Hill for great vistas and then after a few switchbacks you are back in the parking lot

Very friendly team working the chalet! You can rent and purchase Cross Country Skis. There is a tubing hill that is great for a day out and lots of trails for hiking, snow-shoeing and X Country! If you like to play outside, give Minocqua Winter Park a visit!!

I’ve been coming here since I was young and I love what they have done to expand the snowshoe trails! The park is absolutely gorgeous. Worth the 2 hour drive and trail pass any day.

Staff is very friendly. Went on the winter moon light walk and it was really nice. And they have a well stocked rental in ski shop.

This is one of my favorite places. It’s a total winter wonderland and a great place to spend a day or weekend xc skiing or snowshoeing.

The trail system is so extensive that even on a busy day, you can still find yourself skiing alone. They do a great job grooming the trails and maintaining the parking lot. The chalet is cozy and comfortable for breaks. Definitely recommend.

This was my favorite place I went in the Northwoods this winter. Amazing snow shoeing, great staff and absolutely free to visit. Nothing compares to how wonderful and joyful the Winter Park is.

Came by here with my father to check out what they have to offer. It was near Christmas and they had plenty of parking. The lodge is up the hill and they have flags from every nation that came to visit. The lodge was large with plently of seating and a large fireplace to keep warm. They also have a snack bar with plenty of food. Just for a fyi the pond is free to stake on and shoe rentals are free. So be sure to check it out!

Very good trails for cross country skiing. We are beginners and really had fun as they have trails for all kinds of levels. Staffs helpful in getting us right shoes and skis.the place is pet friendly and they do have tubing for both adults and kids( tickets sold separately ) They do have food but limited( good enough to keep you going).

Excellent trails. Very well groomed. The volunteers were helpful and very friendly. Skijoring allowed on a single 6.6km route.

Parking lot was cramped and the road in from hwy 70 was not well plowed, very bumpy.

Nice warming huts throughout.

What a wonderful place!
Small family tubing hill with tubes and ice skating rink with skates were free and very nice. Limited selection of tubes and skates but plenty even on a warm winter day. Hill was small but still fun for lil ones. Large tubing hill was closed but I honestly don't think we would have wanted to climb the hill more than once or twice. We didn't get a chance to cross country ski, but the trails looked awesome. We definitely hope to come back soon.
Great job to Minocqua Winter Park. Thank you for providing such a family friend place.

This is a go to location for cross country skiing. The trails are well groomed and I especially enjoy the indoor warming area. The tea house is a nice place at the park to stop and chat and enjoy a cup of tea. Looking forward to another season next year.

This place is, quite simply, fantastic. We spent two days skiing green and blue trails, and had a blast. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable; everyone seems to like hanging out here. Because of pandemic restrictions we couldn't go inside, which looks to be a fun spot, but no worries, we were there for the skiing. The trails were very clearly marked (there's a map posted at every intersection) and expertly groomed. The terrain was varied and beautiful. There are huts scattered around the park, but as we were there during the week, not being used, but one can easily imagine a spectacle of big weekends. I very, very much look forward to a return visit!
