Deeper Roots Coffee

A great specialty coffee spot with pour-over available, located just outside of Findlay. I enjoyed the Cold Nitro Coffee—super velvety and smooth, the perfect choice to satisfy my coffee craving on a hot afternoon.

My macadamia milk latte was divine! Came 30 min before closing (ugh yes, I know and also h8 me) but was given incredible customer service + a delicious bev all the same. Their sweetness levels aren’t overwhelming at all, and the intentionality behind their future goals as an org listed clearly by the entrance is admirable. The open layout that ensures there isn’t a divide between the bar and the customer is truly unique- and the bar itself was clean (way to go barista!). 12/10 would recommend.

Excellent coffee and coffee creations. Limited food items but they are a coffee shop foremost so that's not on them. The available food options are really good!

Adorable shop. Counter was kept moving efficiently, steadily, despite the long Sunday line. I got some espresso beans (Alchemy blend) and they ground them for me.

Delightful little shop across from Findlay Market. We were there for the opening day parade, and sat at the little tables out front to watch.

Wonderful yummy treats freshly baked. Amazingly friendly service! The coffee was steeped individually for about two minutes and was very good. I saw a sign that they make babushka fresh to order - wow! - I wish I had ordered some... You don't see that everyday! We will be back for sure!

Super cute, small coffee shop! I had two baked goods and they were both delicious, my favorite the chocolate walnut zucchini bread along with a latte. I’ll be thinking about the at zucchini bread for a longggg time

A beautiful, clean, coffee shop with really lovely, well informed baristas and great coffee beans! At the end of my trip to Cincinnati I purchased a V60 pour over of the Gesha coffee they had that day from Finca San Jeronimo Minamar in Guatemala. It was so delicious I got a bag of coffee beans to go! Notes of jasmine, peach, and shortbread! The barista told me “brew it at a high temperature to really get the jasmine notes.” They were right!

I tend to rate a city by the presence of high quality coffee shops, and because of Deeper Roots, Cincinnati was an absolute hit with me!

Deeper Roots is my go-to coffee shop anytime I'm in Cincy! I love the atmosphere and the staff is always quick, friendly and helpful with any questions I have. They also have sweet treats and goodies on deck, if you need a little pick me up throughout your day.

Started Coming here earlier this year, I've always had the espresso from other places that have carried their beans but coming directly to the coffee shop is absolutely the best, I love it here, the staff and GM are fantastic people!

The honey bear latte and chocolate croissant were very good. Great place to pop in if you’re around the market.

I love this place! The coffee shop has such a unique feel to it. I've never been in one that is as unique. The shop itself is small, but the space is used perfectly. Seating is available in the front and back, also outside. NOW THE GOOD STUFF! The coffee!!! The coffee is one of the top in Cincinnati! The flavor bursts in your mouth with every sip and you feel the serge of caffeine rish your body. I love it! I've had a few things, i recommend the pour over coffee. I feel it has the most flavor and is fun tk watch. The barista measures the beans, grinds then makes the coffee..... right in front of you! Its an awesome experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Please try if you're looking for a new coffee shop or just visiting the area (located in OTR)

Lovely coffee shop with a nice seating area in the back. Coffee was pretty good and so were the baristas.

Slid in six minutes before close on a holiday and the barista was gracious. Iced coffee bright and a touch acidic but smooth and strong enough. Iced latte and chai latte good and not too sweet.

The atmosphere is great , I love to watch the university students gather drink coffee , Study and wirk. Beautiful place!!!

By far one the best espresso one can find in the Midwest! Service, the place itself, it doesn't get any better!
