This place is a 5 star and more. They replaced the door hinge on our VW Beetle and they did a great job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Top notch service. I came in ready and willing to spend considerably more than I did, but they hooked me up with the solution that I actually wanted for a fraction of the price. The damaged part that needed to be replaced cost more at my local auto parts store than what they charged me for part and service combined.

This company went above and beyond for our special edition Dodge Challenger! Took care of things with insurance company that we were not able to. Our baby looked BRAND NEW show floor condition when we picked it up! I cried! Absolutely beautiful work! Thank you so much! Words cannot express our gratitude. I have my bad a$$ car back! So happy.

Dave was great he communicated well, the new system they have needs some work with the texts and all. But overall the car looks great made sure to take care of all of the concerns and even gave me the number to the closest enterprise. Fixed everything looks as good as it did when I bought it.

Autospot did great repair work on my Jeep. Commander. They are very nice and are professionals. I refinitely recommend.

Hands down one of, if not the best in customer service and professionalism. I had to drop my car off due to drilling a raccoon going 60 mph, and as a result, completely destroyed a decent chunk of the front of my engine, front bumper, headlights, and grill (lowered car). It took a month for the replacement parts to ship out and get installed (not their fault, COVID related), and Jen (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) was one of the most friendly and caring people to help me out. I would call, or get a call with updates about what's happening, what to expect, and any other question I had was answered every few days or so. She even let me use a loaner car free of charge since my insurance didn't cover it. When I drove my car off the lot, I noticed I had a temperature warning, turned around, and went inside. Turns out when I started my car up, my coolant hose just decided to break. With it being completely unrelated to my recent crash, they offered to fix it for free, had the parts sent in with next day shipping, and installed later that day. She even offered to take a few hundred off my payment for having to wait so long for it to get fixed. Everything was professionally color matched to fit the special shade of black on my car, they fixed and buffed out any rust spots I had (even if they weren't related to the accident). If I ever get in an accident again, I would 100% take my car there because I know it would be in good hands, professionally taken care of, and I would be reassured that everything would be alright. Her and her team work so hard and I feel they deserve the credit they put into getting us back on the road. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I would like to start off by saying that I've used these fine people a few times now. Once, for an accident that wasn't my fault and another time ( most recently) my wife had an accident with her van that "was" her fault. Both times, I was treated professionally and I felt like they cared. We dropped the van off and left town on vacation to come back to a much improved vehicle. We opted not to go through our insurance provider and they worked with us just the same. I strongly recommend anyone in this area to get a quote from Autospot for anything you need done. I will continue to use them and they will continue to have my business. 5 stars!

10/31/17: So, my son's GS300 was rear ended a week back. Guess where I had it dropped off at to get repaired. You got it - AutoSpot. Dave and team will continue to get my business. If there are issues, noises, lights out, or anything you think needs to be addressed, simply call them and explain the problem. They have always been willing to work with me and bring the car up to speed, and at little to NO cost!

5/25/16 update: Still the best body shop in town - especially for Lexus brand vehicles.
Original post 2013: Dave and the Auto Spot team have repaired several of my vehicles and have always done an outstanding job. Each repair is treated as professional and completed more quickly than I or my adjuster expected. My cars have looked better than when they were originally purchased new! The costs are always fair, sometimes far lower than I've expected. I highly recommend the Auto Spot Collision team and will always refer my friends to Dave.

They always kept me up to date with how my car was doing. Once they did the final check they found something that also needed fixed and kept it for another day, but The time that they took to find it showed that they cared for my car as much as I did. Not to mention the detailing they did on my car was OUTSTANDING!

They handled my insurance claim after my car was broken into. I was trying to figure out how to handle everything on my own and was quickly getting overwhelmed. They recognized this and after I told them I wanted them to do the repairs, they took the keys from me, had the rental company pick me up, and said not to worry about anything until I came to pick up the car when it was done. They really put me at ease and did a tremendous job.

Dave and the AutoSpot Team do the best work in town, I have taken my BMW's there for the past 5 years, every time they come back better than ever. I have taken insurance work there and he deals directly with the claims specialist and I get a call when the car is ready to be picked up.
I recently sent my grandmother there because she was in the market for a new car, Dave sold her a Ford Focus way under the other guys price. When you can make granny happy you know your good.

The staff here was very helpful and friendly and the work that was performed was excellent. I would take any vehicle here for repair. When I came to pick up my vehicle it looked better than it did when I drove it off the show room floor.

Chasity at the front desk was very nice and attentive. Our assessor was knowledgeable and knew his job well. I'm currently waiting on car to be finished.

Great job and fast, both times. Helped me to repair the bumper from a rear end, then again two weeks later when I backed into the side!
