We are extremely satisfied customers -- fast, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service. Blue Ribbon is fair with cost of parts and labor, definitely will NOT overcharge you! My car was damaged by a deer - three other shops told me the car was totaled, but the guys at Blue Ribbon fixed it at a fair and reasonable cost. They even went out of their way to make sure the paint color was perfect on my '91 Miata (apparently Mazda has 5+ different shades of red). My husband's brand new Mustang GT was deeply scratched and they made it look practically brand new again.

I have used Blue Ribbon Aito Body multiple times and always have. Even completely satisfied. Gary and Jim do the absolute best to repair my cars. Great place!

Took my truck to get the door fixed. He gave me an estimate of about 700 dollars". Took him three weeks, wrote down my phone number wrong. When I went to pay for it, it was almost 1600.00. Either he is really bad at estimating, or he is a crook.
