CVS Pharmacy

The pharmacist was great and worked with my Rx insurance company so I wouldn't run out of my medication. Thank you!

Drive through is always courteous and helpful especially if there location doesn't have my prescription on stock by suggesting another location where it's available especially if I need it right away.

They get two stars instead of one because the Technicians/Pharmacists are nice IF you get to talk to them. Waited on hold for FORTY FIVE MINUTES yesterday and still, NO ONE picked up. This isn’t the first time. What if someone is not able to get to the store to talk about their medication? I’ve never tried to contact a business that just doesn’t answer the phone. Especially a medical-related business. I’ll also be told a pick up time and show up a few hours after said time and it’s still not ready. They clearly need to increase their staff exponentially. Or at least have a protocol of answering the phone every few minutes.

Used to be much better but this location has declined quickly and drastically. The employees seem nice enough but they are always backed up in the pharmacy and it takes forever to get prescriptions filled. They’ve seemingly closed the drive through altogether which is absolutely ridiculous. I’m transferring all of my prescriptions, maybe not even to another CVS. What a shame and a disappointment.

Wish I would have never transferred my prescriptions here but it’s within walking distance of my home. They are so understaffed it’s ridiculous. The staff talks about having anxiety when the lines are back into the isle 10+ which is pretty much every time I go. The drive thru is never open and hasn’t been for quite some time. The person who checked me out today kept whispering things under her breath. And whenever I called there is this guy who I spoke to who sounds like he absolutely hates his job.

One star for the pharmacy & staff. They are friendly despite the understaffed conditions. The drive thru has been closed for an extended period of time, which is so inconvenient. The pharmacy is no longer open on the weekends & closes at 7pm weekdays. This is not accommodating to the customers. Sad, I've been a customer since they built this location. I'm going to transfer our prescriptions.

Used to be a good pharmacy but have cut pharmacy hours and closed the drive thru, causing long lines inside.

Worst CVS ever! Pharmacy is awful. Takes days to get RX filled - even after handed the RX to employee inside, where I then TRY to wait. I ALWAYS get told it will take an hour to fill. Most times it takes at least TWO HOURS. Drop it off at the window, or have your doctor send it in --- and I wait days!!!! Calling is just as bad. They will leave you sitting on hold for HOURS! CLIME RD CVS NEEDS NEW MGMT, OR TO JUST BE CLOSED!!!

Rude person and the pharmacist I went to ask a question for one time of pills and she start with actitud with me and a said something in Spanish to my husband and she started saying what a saying like she wanted to fight me no only that the other person tell her if I didn’t have a prescription that didn’t assist me only for a question when the other person assist me and explain what a wanted to now she ask me if a wanted to do I do the perfil I said no and she throw my id at me and told the other girl look how what she did and she said if u not going to do it oh well and was talking with another coworker of them in Spanish she ask me what happened and a was telling her and she comes we were talking yelling and telling me a was rude like she wanted to fight a told her she was the rude and wasn’t going to argue with her and she lifted first time this happened but never going there again by the way the worker name is bryana
