Victoria is always super helpful and really helps in assisting with all of my banking needs. Referred me to Jill to answer questions on options for first time homebuyers. Overall a ten out of ten.

I have only had good experiences here! Just a heads up they are only allowing you to enter the building by appointment due to COVID. I didn’t realize this until I got there, but they were very accommodating and prompt and got me an appointment very quickly when I called the number. I know they have got their hands full with these changes, but they have managed to be so patient and helpful!

I love banking with Huntington. Always a good experience for me when i need personal assistance. Thanks!

If i could give this bank 0 STARS . THE MANAGER WAS ON BREAK, ANOTHER WORKER JUST SITTING AT THE TELLER DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. MUSIC TOO LOUD FOR A BANK . NEVER GO HERE UNLESS ALL OTHER BANKS CLOSED. SHUT IT DOWN. THIS A CLUB NOT A BANK.Manager on Duty No name tags. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The worst customer service from any bank, every visit is a terrible experience. Especially Ms. Dionne King who was rude, She was texting on her phone, and overall I didn’t feel like she very attentive during my visit. This is just one of many bad experiences at this branch, very disappointing.

Literally the worst bank I have ever seen in my life. There were 3 customers in the store and 3 people working behind the counter, and no one helped us for 20 minutes, one of the customers ended up just leaving.

There are also so rude and unprofessional when speaking with you, employees are on their cell phone, listening to music, have an attitude, etc.

Shame on Huntington Corporate for not doing anything about this branch.

Terrible place to do your banking needs.
Their Drive thru ATM was out of service today. They didn’t close it and put a sign on it. I drove by, inserted my card and it took my card without transaction and wouldn’t return it. I went inside and they had just closed for service but there was 3 women inside I knocked and they stood there, laughed and ignored me. I just wanted them to give me my card back. I watched them pull my card out of there and that one girl, look at me standing outside and they continued to ignore me. They could have handed me my card back. I had important business matter and needed my card back. I will never ever go to that location again. Changing banks is also something I’m considering.

They are very slow. You would see sometimes the staff not working and giving hard time to a one teller to do all the job. You can tell there is abuse going on. The corporate needs to do something about this and make sure quality work is being done.

Slowest bank tellers in the city of Columbus avoid bank at all cost

40 minutes wait time to cash a check. One teller that handles drive thru and lobby , she was trying her best but this branch failed at scheduling enough employees.

Terrible customer service. The bank tellers are doing other tasks in front of you, unpleasant attitudes, and slow when it comes to assistance with guests.
