They were great with my mother. Aide was reliable and always in scrubs. They also made to check in with us and helped schedule Dr. Visits. If you're ever in need you should call them and ask for deb she's their amazing administrator

Absolutely love the office staff wendi is always on her A game her and Debbie go above and beyond to accommodate the aides as well as recognition and making sure that not only the patients needs are met but the home health aides as well very understanding and always takes the time to listen

Also the new office staff scheduler daija is and was like the missing piece to the Aaran puzzle so greatful to be apart of such a great company

hodan haji kahlif is the owner. Gross neglect, the people they hire do not care. Furthermore, the company doesn't take responsibility for the negletiance of their employees. My thoughts in the beginning: "I receive services out of the Columbus office. I cannot speak highly enough about this organization. Both Tina and Debbie are excellent at matching clients with the right staff. I'm so very grateful for their earnest concern about my well-being."
6/10/2019 - Tina is no longer with the Columbus office and best I can tell, as much as Debbie means well, this boat is sinking fast. The culture begins at the top.

I had an aide out of Marion throughput Aaran's. she robbed me blind. made a complaint to home office yet they didn't reply.

Dayton office really needs to get rid of the on call person name Sharon! She is very unorganized, my first day working with them was a total disaster, she ignored my calls during a time of need l, constantly sent me to wrong clients, gave me the wrong addresses, did not communicate with clients at all, that’s exactly what you call a person whose just working for a paycheck. In the healthcare business your suppose to be a team an she clearly does not know the true definition of that. So if you would like to burn gas an Work for free that’s your place of employment. She never answers the phone when there is a emergency as far as the client goes an etc. I’ve seen nothing but careless acts out of this place.

Ive been a cliet here for several months. I get care daily (or should be) of aide and nursing. Theres a HUGE lack of communication and care and compassion. RNs constantly not showing up on there scheduled day. There is no "oncall" phone # so if theres issue with staff you can leave a message on there machine in the "general mailbox" and never hear from anyone ever about the call so i doubt they listen to them. They havent provided an aide in months, because i have an elderly dog and a puppy. Once family was waiting for aide to come to door, dogs were on leashes so staff wouldnt get near them. The aide sat in her car for 20minutes, never so once as to get out of her car let alone knock on my door for 20minutes and noone answered. Thats a bold faced lie. When i call the office to find out whats going on, im told, "oh shed been knocking on you door for 20min and bc of no aswer i told her to leave" seriously, they knew i was here but told the aide to leave. Why not call me before you tell her to leave.also they have stated they cant find an aide after supposed weeks and weeks of looking. The head nurse didnt know how to proper do a sterile dressing change and stated last time shed done one was in school, many many yrs ago. So many horrible agencies out there. But since ive not had needed meds and treatment and trach things completed at 5p 10/6&10/7 my body is stuggling and i may end up in ER.

One last thing...please value your healthcare or healthcae of family member very highly. No one deserves to be treated unfairly. Just look into agencies at depth bc id be dam if id recommend this one to a sick person. You deserve better treatment, and so do I.
