Top notch business. We had had heavy rain for several days and the basement "flooded". I call Halpin and immediately got an appointment. My technician (Luke) arrived on time.He explained the methods of fixing the problem, he also showed me the problem and fixed it (without much drain to the wallet). He pointed out the good parts of my system, some watch outs, and gave recommendations on how to minimize future problems. This was my first experience with Halpin an d I know they will be my first call again.

I have struggled to find a plumber I trust that does great work and has fair prices...until now! I cannot say enough good things about Halpin! They came out the same day for an estimate and within 2 days to do the job. The price they offered for the job was $3,000 less than the competitors to install my new tankless hot water heater, all of the lines, and removing the old pipes and hot water heater. It looks amazing and I love it! The staff and the technicians are so nice. I will definitely be using them again!!!

I had Halpin Plumbing do the pipe insert to the street. It's a drainage problem I should have had done years ago. Halpin saved me money compared to the other estimates I had. They were great. On time. Very professional. Very kind. They are my plumbers now.

Was able to get scheduled easily and promptly. Plumber called earlier on day of service to confirm best time and arrived on time. Was very pleasant to work with and fixed our plugged pipe very efficiently. We have used Halpin for years and always great service.

We are so delighted with the exceptional service we received. Halpin Plumbing restored a 50 year old toilet to “better then new” condition! We had attempted the rebuild with a “universal type” kit and discovered numerous issues. They had better parts and we saved a lot of money compared to buying a new one. Highly recommend Halpin plumbing. Mike and his helper Came out same day to put in a toilet for my elderly neighbor and was very friendly and explained everything they was going to do. Gave an up front price and was done in no time. Made everything easy and did nice clean work.

I called Halpin this morning for a running toilet (non-emergent) and they were able to send someone same day. AJ and Mason were nice and professional. They were able to fix the issue within 30 minutes. I will definitely call Halpin again for any plumbing needs!

I had a great experience getting Halpin Plumbing to fix several problems for me. Overall, my plumbers Mike N and Trey were always on time, very courteous, and clean throughout the course of 4 different work sessions. I appreciated that Mike explained what he was doing and why so that I could better understand the problems. My house is 115 yrs old so there’s a lot going on.

1. Gas line repair and replacement. I had a gas leak, called Duke Energy, and they shut off the gas to my house and told me to get the leaks fixed. Mike repaired about half of the line and then replaced the other half with flexible gas pipe. He tested the system to ensure it could hold 15 psi, and explained to me the normal pressure for natural gas is more like 1.5 psi. When the Duke guy came back to turn the gas on he tested the system to 7.5 psi and it held successfully. Overall a lot of work (2 days) and more expensive than anticipated but they left my pipes in a solid spot and fixed the gas leak, which I had no way around.

2. Main basement sewer line hydrojetting. I had my utility sink in the basement overflowing whenever I ran the washing machine. They scoped the main sewer line and found about 15 feet of sludge/grease blocking up the pipes in that area. I especially appreciated seeing the video from the scope. They send coupons in the mail so this scope service (normally $300+) was free with the coupon. They came back the next week and hydrojetted the pipe and showed me the video of the newly cleaned pipe. They also explained the volume of water (80 gall) that they had pumped through it to ensure it had cleared all the way down to the street sewer.

Overall, I’ll use them again. I dont know how they compare price-wise, but I appreciated their ability to explain the problems and their approaches to addressing them. They have good equipment also to test and prove that they have resolved the issues.

Luke was exceptionally professional from the initial phone call to let me know that he was on his way to my location until he drove away from my home. He knew exactly what needed to be done and explained everything to me before and as he worked. I was literally in tears because of the great customer service, the professionalism and the patience that Luke and this company has had while working with me. I've booked Halpin Plumbing a few times for my place of work and it's always been a positive experience! The communication from booking the job until the completion of the work/payment is excellent. We also have had Mike N. come out each time and he is awesome!

We had a fairly emergent leak and Luke Walters from Halpin was able to make it to our house the same day I called. He was very clear with our options and definitely put my mind at ease, telling me the problem was an easier fix than I was thinking. The service was great from start to finish! The first point of contact who made the appointment was very helpful and friendly. I was in need of same day service and they were able to get someone out to my home the same day I called. The technician was thorough, and sent me an invoice the same with everything I needed. Good price for service call. Highly recommended.

The crew was able to come two hours early which worked better for my schedule. They were very nice and hard-working. Work was done well and for a good price. I am very pleased!

Mike and Troy handled a very tough task that I presented to them of changing out my toilet flange. They did a magnificent job with great skills and craftsmanship. Kudos to Mike for looking at the project and instantly came up with a solution that fixed the issue, in a timely manner. Very happy with the outcome of the tough project.

I am beyond amazed at how Mike managed to complete the tough task in a small confined space. He answered all my questions, making sure that I was understanding what he was talking about.
