Graeter's Ice Cream

A most excellent ice cream parlor. Found it online but got several great reviews verbally from the locals during the day. I was recommended to try the black raspberry chocolate chunk and wasn't disappointed at all. Such a great flavor and awesome ice cream. Also tried the Midnight snack [can't remember the exact name]. This was good too but the black raspberry chocolate chunk was way better.

First time eating Graeter's Ice Cream... it's good with a great variety of different flavors. The front of the store as well as inside is really nice and comfortable. The staff working were welcoming and helpful about explaining the types of ice cream and how you wanted them

The kid's size are great, you can get them in a cup or miniature hat which I thought was great for the children. They also have a frequent customer card that's offer you ice cream on you birthday

Great customer service and friendly and joyful experience! We won a gift card to go here from the Pinecrest play days and we were serviced with great care for our strawberry Shortcake Sunday! It tasted just as good as it looked! I definitely will be happy to visit here again!

First time trying this place and the ice cream here is FANTASTIC. rich flavors and plenty of variety. I got the s'mores and the wife got cotton candy. The s'mores is damn near one of the best ice creams I've had in a while. The milk chocolate is soft and melts in your mouth like silk. The marshmallows are soft and not chewy like other smores ice cream and the graham cracker ice cream is unreal. The cotton candy ice cream has a similar taste to Blue Moon ice cream and was good.
Service was good and the lady was knowledgeable. Atmosphere was cute and classic. The only gripe I have is I wanted to try 2 different flavors between "one scoop" but that wasn't allowed. I wasn't hungry enough to get 2 scoops and I wanted to try more flavors since tasting wasn't allowed. But overall I'll be coming back!

LOVE THIS ICE CREAM! Hands down the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my whole life, if I could I would eat it everyday but I live in Southern California and have to order it online for a pretty penny. When I lived in Cleveland I went at least once a week and always got the black raspberry chocolate chip. It’s the most divine flavor and they’re famous big chocolate “chips” that are chunks sometimes are to die for. It would be my dream come to have a graeters open on the west coast. I love to get a double scoop sundae or the 1870? Sundae sorry I forgot what year it was but it’s a staple on their menu. The seasonal flavors are sooo good too but I never strayed from the black raspberry 🙏🏼💜

Great little shop, parking is tight. Small cooler is packed with pints, I think you can ask the server to make a pint from whatever they have to scoop, but I didn't ask. Great service, amazing ice cream, lots of products, cozy shop.

We missed banana ice cream month. When we went in all I wanted was the banana. Haley, the girl at the counter, went above and beyond to try to help! She made a banana milk shake added extra bananas to make it taste just like the ice cream. All the girls were super sweet and friendly! As always, the ice cream was delicious.

Amazing. We ate our ice cream to fast to even grab a photo. So creamy and dense. You can taste the quality in this ice cream. We got the Salted Carmel, S’mores, and Peach. The peach literally had whole slices of peaches in it!!!! And the Salted Carmel is so good, it’s the perfect level of salt.

I got the 2 dip classic sundae with hot fudge topping as well as pecans and whipped cream. For the ice cream, I got cotton candy and their signature flavor - black raspberry chip. It was scrumptious. I especially liked the cotton candy ice cream. The pecans went well with the ice cream which was a nice surprise as I don't normally eat pecans. I also got a "dogster treat", an ice cream style treat for dogs, for my pup. You can order on the app for curbside pickup. Super convenient! They have a rewards program. You can earn points for your purchases. They also give you a free sundae for your birthday!

Amazing ice cream, shakes & other frozen drinks. You can purchase an ice cream pints in a freezer case. Employee greeted us as we walked thru the doors and also thanked us for visiting after we paid for our items. Nice VERY clean spacious bathrooms that are very handicap accessible. They also have outside seating.

Best homemade ice cream I’ve had! Bit pricey but it’s worth it! They give u big scoops. If u download the app and sign up u get a free ice cream cone! Not bad!!! You gotta try the black raspberry chocolate chip! Omgosh it’s sooo good! Ice creams so good the line be out the door sometimes!

My son and I had the best experience here! Their staff is so nice and their ice cream is fantastic. They get very busy because of the location, but they handle it well and help every patron to the best of their capability. I would highly recommend.

Wow this place reminds me of my childhood you still go to the store and visit my grandmother in Columbus was so excited when they open one here in Cleveland unbelievable ice cream my favorite flavor is still mint chocolate chip I've never had ice cream such good chocolate chip chips and I like that the mint ice cream isn't green no food coloring in it the service is really great. bottom line is you can't get better ice cream anywhere

What can I say? Wonderful ice cream with little to no wait time. This location requires a bit of walking from the parking area, but people watching is good here.

If CLE wants to taste real ice cream, rather than the over-sweet and horrible consistency of the “ice cream” they hold so precious, they need to try Graeters 😉 We get excellent service every time we visit. I only wish they offered bakery items as well.

Have been a fan of Graeter's for some time already. Good to know there is a new outlet at Pinecrest! Delicious ice cream-and addictive. They even serve coffee drinks. Great place that needs more seating!

Very nice experience. Lots of options and ice cream was very good. Compared to Mitchell's and Ben & Jerry's this was way up there. They also have to-go options.
