I had a great experience purchasing a used Acura. The customer service reminded me of the old “Motorcars” days. Very glad to have a good Honda dealership back in the heights. I worked with Stevi and she was professional, responsive, and a great communicator. We were just purchasing an inexpensive commuter vehicle, but after this experience we will be back for our primary vehicle needs in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Vlad! He was awesome and immediately greeted me when I walked in from his back office. I was a young inexperienced shopper. Browsing for a vehicle for the first time ever. He allowed me to provide him with the information that I knew, which was not a lot! He pulled up options and I was able to get to a point of test driving a nice car as well. His kindness and efficiency did not go unnoticed. I am so grateful and appreciate the exceptional customer service skills!

When I was going in I was nervous because I wasn't sure if I was going to get approved.

I worked with Emily who was nothing but fun and knowledgeable. I have never financed a car before as my first car was owned/passed down to me, so I was new to the entire process. Everyone was so kind and worked with me to find me options that worked well. Would definitely recommend them. They have a lot of quality cars at fair prices which is hard to find these days as the market is just a mess.

I was able to get in there and get a car the same day. I would recommend going in early though as it does get busy at night. Also recommend just having all your documents in order so that the process can be as smooth as possible. They’re very much a “help me, help you” kind of business and I appreciate that. This was my first BIG purchase ever! I came in just to look around and see what my options were. I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant or brand new, just something I could get around in, that is if I was able to get approved. I’ve tried a few dealerships in the last year and a half and I wasn’t able to get approved so my expectations weren’t really high walking in. I worked with CELLO and let’s just say he is amazing at what he does! I was able to drive off the lot with a pre owned 2019 Honda with ONLY 20,000 miles!!!! Cello was professional, patient, he even took the time to explain questions I asked! We chatted a bit while we filled out paperwork, that guy is hilarious and guaranteed to have you feeling good while pulling off the lot in your new car! Amazing 100/10 experience. I usually do not expect to have a good experience whenever dealing with car dealerships! However, I was pleasantly shocked this past week when I took my car to the Honda of Cleveland Heights dealership for alignment issues. Joe at the service department made me feel welcome and was attentive to my issue. On top of that, he went out of his way to make sure that the service was taken care of in short time, and provided knowledgeable, efficient, and professional service. I would never avoid going to a dealership for service if everyone I dealt with conducted themselves as Joe had. Thank you!!

Worked with Jordan on the purchase of a new vehicle. He got me the best deal of all the other Honda dealerships in the metro area. He had everything ready for me to come in and sign and even came in on his day off to thank me in person when I picked it up.
