Lease Car Sales

This review is for Brian at Lease Car Sales Inc at 4509 Renaissance Parkway in Warrensville Heights. The 2010 Honda Fit and the buying experience was everything we needed. Brian was very busy but still quickly got a plate on the car so we could test drive it before we even asked for a test drive. There was plenty of gas and no restrictions on where we could take it. Receipts were provided for the work done to get the car ready for sale. A CarFax was also provided. A very pleasant surprise from the CarFax was that it had spent all of its life in the south. A rust free 12 year old car is a real bonus in this rustbelt area. The help in finding financing was painless and appreciated. We weren't spending or financing a large amount but were still treated as valued customers. Thanks Brian for making this purchase a pleasant experience.

Brian L. was great to deal with. Not only did he have the best deals on the nicest used cars compared to other dealers, he was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to secure financing thru my credit union and he even called my insurance agent to update my info, making the process very easy for me. I recommend buying your next car here, I know I'll be back next time I'm in the market for one!

Saw an ad from these guys on Facebook marketplace for an 03 Dodge Dakota. Ad said mechanically sound. Go to test drive it, battery is dead. They jumped it and we tested it out. Ran nice, sign the paperwork, go to start it, battery is dead again. They said it was the wrong battery and would get the right one for us in the morning. They did. A few days later I noticed my headlights were on despite the truck being off and headlights turned off. Next morning battery is dead. They said since it was an as is deal they wouldn't help me. I advise anyone looking to buy from them to reconsider. They wouldn't even fix something that I was misled about that was going on before i even bought it. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Beware !!!! they are cheats. They are also called as Lease car sales 2.
I inquired about a 2013 toyota camry and asked them for carfax information.
They emailed me a black and white copy of carfax and it was clean with no accidents in it. Just to be sure i pulled the car information from Autocheck which is a parallel company of carfax, they both pull the car history information from the same database.
On crosschecking with AutoCheck, i found that the car had an accident on it.
If they can cheat in car information they can also change any auto parts of the cars which they are selling.
Please dont buy any used car from them.
