Low Pressure Sales and Some Great Deals! I bought a 2018 Ford Ecosport and I absolutely love it! It runs and drives great and is decent on fuel economy. It had a couple of minor problems that I dealt with and I'm very happy with the purchase. The office staff had me signed up and out the door in no time. I found this company trustworthy and honest. I recommend them if you're looking for a used car, it's definitely worth your time.

Last month I bought a used Mazda CX-5 through this company and I love it! The process of buying the car was so simple and straightforward. I told Bob what I was looking for and he found me the perfect car. This is the third Mazda I have bought from Bob since 2008. They have all been amazing cars and have lasted 190k miles. I highly recommend him. I'm never going through a dealership again!

I’ve bought two cars from Matt in the past and both times he has been more than accommodating and easy to work with. There is no back and forward with a sales a manger like at a dealership, and I have spent less than 2 hours in his office combined. Overall great experience, and great vehicles. I highly recommend going and seeing Matt. He couldn’t make the process more straight forward and easy.

Just got my new Traverse that is way better than I could have imagined at an AMAZING price! Matt helped my family get a vehicle that fit our whole family after someone totaled my car the week before! I was in a time crunch and had to find something fast. I thought I was going to have to buy whatever was available and settle for less, but Matt came through and found our Traverse! Standard issue used car lot with decent prices and as-is inventory. Only complaint is at the time of purchase, my tires were each inflated to a different PSI, between 12 and 20 PSI over the manufacturer recommendation.

Went to check out a honda, i was going to buy it for the asking price as long as the A/C was fixed, he said he would get it fixed the next business day then call me, never called

The dealer sold me a junk car with a faulty engine, knowing it was defective. My car broke down within six months.The value of this junk car is now only $250, yet I still have to pay a $6000 loan.😔

Beware, My first vehicle lasted for one year. By me being a woman the vehicle was rusted out under the bottom and it broke. It could not be repaired. I tried them for a second time. Boy am I regretting it. This time 6 months later the motor goes out. I stayed on top of my oil change. I always go to Midas for everything. The two times I bought a vehicle from this place Midas could not help me at all.... Don't do it you will regret. Thanks and God bless. Never again will I go to this car place.. I warned you guys you better listen......

Called about car for our daughter on Saturday spoke with Matt. He said he would be available all day to look at it. Then called back to let us know that he was busy and would call us 1st thing Monday morning. He never called but in the meantime, raised the price of the car by $1,000. Incredibly unprofessional and shady. Thank goodness our daughter didn’t hand over her hard earned cash to this dealership! I’d suggest avoiding this place!

i was going to buy a car from Renaissance Auto Network car dealership, it was a 2017 Buick regal, when i got there i took the car for a test drive liked the car decided to buy, i was already approved threw capital one before i went there and had explained this to them and was told great come up not a problem but when we sat down to work out the deal the sales person Matt tried to get me to go threw other banks for the loan and i told him no he said ok and then told me i had to go to another dealer to sign the paperwork for the car i thought it was strange but said ok and drove to Auto World USA when i got there i knew something was up because the salesman Kolin Sanders asked me how much i wanted to pay a month i told him i already knew how much everything was because i was already approved and had my apr, down payment, and 60 month term price he latter came back with a much higher price i told him it wasn't correct he left and came back a couple minutes later and said that the price included a 26500 warranty, i then told him i wasn't buying a warranty for the car because it still had the original factory warranty, he left and came back and told me if i do not buy the warranty they would not sell me the car because they wasnt making any money on it i stood up and walked out the door and called Matt at Renaissance Auto Network and asked him what was going on and he told me "they never did that before usually they just make us give them $500 to run your capital one application threw them because we are not affiliated with capital one, then we sign the car over to them and they sell it to you and give us the rest of the money" i hung up on him at that point and called capital one to report both dealerships for fraud. then i look at my credit report and i have 2 hard inquiries threw Renaissance Auto Network , and 2 hard inquiries from Auto World USA for the exact same car indicating both places owned the car
