This was our 1st experience of buying a vehicle online. The very start talking with Deontae was very pleasant and helpful. He hooked me up with Salesman Bruce Myers. Bruce was very informative about the car and sent me a full video. We talked several times to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. He got the ball rolling.
Jeff Novak called to get information, finish paperwork, and had the Finance Manger call.
Bruce and Evan delivered the car to us and Evan did a short video that included us. It was a pleasure talking to each one of them. I learned alot about the company.
The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely fantastic.

The experience at the dealership was simple and efficient. Jeff, or known as Big Jeff, was warm and attentive. I really appreciated his help with the process and keeping me informed on everything that was happening. I drove all the way from Baltimore to pick up the car and if I find someone in the market for another vehicle, I'll tell them it's worth the extra miles to go to Tally.

Matt at the Miles Road location is AWESOME. I took my car in for service to get my sunroof shade replaced. I dropped my car off at 7:15 am and was going to arrange a Lyft home. Matt had the young man give me a ride back home. He called later that afternoon to inform me my vehicle was ready. This is my 3rd time visiting this dealership and I am beyond impressed with Matt's knowledge and professionalism. I will be back Matt!! Thanks again for your smile and kindness.

I had a great experience with all the staff at Tim Lally Chevy. Big Jeff was awesome explaining as much as possible about the EV I purchased. There is still some information to absorb just because it is a different driving/owning experience. Jim was great getting me through the financial portion. I also was taken back from his hoverboard and the puppies in the dealership but loved both. I just wish I lived closer to get any servicing needed (~ 45 miles).

My family has consistently bought cars and work related vehicles from Tim Lally and always have had a great experience. They not only make it easy, but they do everything they can to make sure it’s all taken care of. I personally loved my experience working with Big Jeff because he is personable and looked out for me during the whole process. He kept me up to date on when my car was coming in and got me really excited about my new car.

After waiting over 13 months, I got a call that my car was on the way. It arrived that day and I was there to see it unwrapped. The car was serviced, a part replaced, and was delivered 2 days later. My salesman, Joey, alway kept me informed and ALWAYS answered my questions. I was also sold at sticker. If you want a Corvette, go see Joey.

Mz. Brenda Milliner and her team were so wonderful. She went above and beyond to get me into my new vehicle. My Chevy Equinox has been down for about a year now and I was desperately looking for a vehicle that fit my style as well as my budget. This woman went as far as providing transportation back and forth from home to the dealership HERSELF. The process was so smooth and she made me feel so comfortable, like a big sister. Bill Paolella is a great salesman and representative of this dealership. He was professional, courtesy, and honest about the 2023 c8 I was interested in. I drove 3.5 hours to purchase the car and had my expectations exceeded. Bill gave us a tour of the dealership and spoke highly of the owner and his colleagues. What an outstanding dealership and employees. This has been hands down the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. Just for reference this is my 47th vehicle I've purchased so it's saying a lot. Only wish they were closer so I could have services done at there dealership.

First entry into Tim Lally, I was paired up with a highly knowledgeable sales professional, Joe Hurtuk. He immediately impressed me with his no-bull method of sales. It was straight facts, and he made efficient use of my entire buying experience. I was on a test drive within a few minutes, and he stuck with me thru the entire process. He was involved in the detailing process to help speed that up, and every minute I was waiting for finance answers, he did whatever he could to keep the process flowing. On top of that, he helped me 100% with an issue regarding a mistake made on my end, involving a huge discount I qualified for. Joe Hurtuk was the experienced, fun, energetic and motivated sales professional I was looking for in my buying experience.

Without even asking Jeff McCune sent us a video of the car, and we wanted it delivered since we live about 1 hr away. They offered us FREE delivery for the vehicle. EVERYTHING in between from Jim in Financing, to having the car detailed, delivered by Robert, Evan doing video of the delivery, since it was the LAST SS that Tim Lally Chevy would have.
