Exceptional quality! Exceptional customer service. The damage from a deer collision has been totally repaired. My car looks great again. Color matched perfectly. They got the work done in a very timely way. Scott was the representative handling my car rebuild. Easily reachable and kept me informed along the way. I also got to meet one of the techs who worked on my car. Top notch all around. Wonderful receptionist, Precious, always helpful and customer friendly. I can't say enough about how happy I am to have my car looking like new.

My experience from start to finish was great. My catalytic converter was stolen and due to the age of my car I was ready to junkyard it! My insurance company suggested this place and I was fine with it due to proximity of my home. Once there, Gary walked me through every step of the process. He even went above and beyond to correct an issue with my car battery. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you everyone at the collision center!

Motorcars serviced my car after I backed into a pile of ice. They were very courteous and took the time to explain in detail what was to be done. I was surprised when my car was ready in 3 days. It was washed and I was satisfied at the repair. I’ve had multiple cars serviced here, I’ve never been disappointed.

Sherman has helped me twice in the past few months and provided excellent customer service as well as quality of work on my vehicle. The first time I used Motorcars was when my car was severely damaged by a hit and run. Major work had to be done and the car looked as good as new. A few months later, my car was stolen and when it was found there were damages all over the car. Sherman was timely in helping me get everything taken care of with my insurance and accommodating to the situation. I highly recommend Motorcars Auto Body for their professional and timely service, quality of work, and fair prices.

Sherman Thomas was my advisor and was excellent. I had body work done after an accident and chose Motorcars Collision because I have used them before in the past and have been very happy with their work. This time was no exception. Work was done well and in a timely fashion. They were even able to get out a dent that wasn't related to this particular repair. I don't think that many people consider a dealer when looking for body work but I think more should and I highly recommend Honda Motorcars!

I cannot imagine having a better experience at any collision/repair center than the one I had yesterday at Motorcars Collision Center. The people I dealt with were April, Sherman, and Bill and they really treated me and my car right! I was stressed out when I brought my banged up 2016 Scion TC to them following my accident, but the stress was clearly not needed because I left with a car that looks brand new again at a very reasonable price. The process of getting it fixed happened smoothly and quickly and the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be recommending Motorcars Collision Center to my family and friends!

I worked with Bill Hickey. He was very nice, easy to talk to. Someone hit my car when it was parked on Mayfield Rd. I found a good part and brought it to them and 30 minutes my car looked like new. Thank you for your fast professional service.

I cannot recommend Motorcars Body Shop enough. I've had to take both of my cars in for repairs in the past month and both experiences have been flawless. The customer service and attention are first-class and Sherman has helped me find ways of getting the most for my money.

A huge thanks to Sherman Thomas and his crew...They did an amazing job on my van. It looks great. Sherman was great. I went in and out of there with such ease. He had my paperwork ready, explained everything to me, and had my rental ready to go. I didn't have to wait but a few minutes.. It was really a wonderful experience being as I had four kids with me. Other places I've gone it takes forever and something always goes wrong, but here it was so quick and easy...The friendliness of everyone, especially Sherman is very welcoming... you know you will be taken care of by the whole team..

The owner of an SUV swung it's door into my new (to me) car. Didn't dent my door, but scuffed the clear coat pretty bad into the paint. Frank had one of his guys take care of this in 20 minutes, I couldn't believe it. They completely got rid of the marks in the clear coat/paint. The price they charged was outstanding as well!!!!

Definitely made my day! Earned my future business as well!

We had some work done on my 2014 Toyota. I dealt with Sherman, and he was straightforward and honest. He estimated our damage, and told me beforehand where he was unsure of the exact amount. The price for services were competitive, and I got the car back when promised. I will come back here if I have any such needs again.

Bill Hickey was excellent to work with when I had to have my front bumper repaired. He was very knowledgeable, informative, at the top of his game, and guided me through my options. I was completely satisfied with the service and attention I received from Bill and would definitely seek his help and advice in the future if needed.
