This place is awesome!! Locally owned and family-operated, LJI Collision Center truly takes care of its customers and makes the entire repair process seamless. Getting a quote was easy, they worked directly with the person who hit my car, and even provided me a ride home when I dropped my car off. The bodywork and interior detailing they did are impeccable! Amazing service, very professional van knowledgeable the atmosphere is clean and great smelling a repaired my the damages to my vehicle within a week and offered me a rental, very nice and clean return my vehicle in great condition I washed it up on the outside waxed it on the inside detail clean recommend this place, they also have other services as well I would use them in the future

Back in March, I went to LJI Collision "blind" (with no referral) after needing some body repair work done on my Mini Cooper Countryman. I've passed this business many times, but decided to give this place a chance after getting another quote elsewhere. Lauren (one of the owners) was especially helpful, and I LOVE that this is a female-owned business. The prices were fair, she was incredibly communicative on the status of my vehicle, and making the process working with our insurance broker (GEICO) as seamless as possible. I will definitely go back!

Hit loose debris at night on the turnpike a while back, doing some damage to the front end. While LJI did a phenomenal job at making the car look brand new again, Lauren, Dan and Victor also made the experience very smooth and convenient, and communicated with me throughout the process. I can’t exactly say I’m looking forward to the next time BUT…😂 I’d highly recommend anyone to check LJI out the next time you need a collision center. Really stellar job, you’ll be in great hands.

LJI has done really nice work on my car, including extra detailing and other work not mentioned in the specified damages to be repaired. All of their staff at LJI, Cleveland Heights have been friendly and helpful in a very pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly and welcoming staff! Had my car looking brand new in such a short amount of time. Informed me of the parts used for my car and even cleaned and detailed it. Happy with the results and will definitely recommend them.

They were very fast, but also very thorough. In addition to fixing the main damaged area really well, they went all around the whole car and made it look like new. They even made the interior look better than it has in years. Basically they want their customers to leave with all smiles.

My husband went to this collision center twice. Absolutely the nicest people. Our car looked amazing after the work was done to it. They even detailed it ! We love them, and thank them for their amazing services.

Absolutely phenomenal experience with LJI. I went in about 3 weeks ago seeking an estimate with my Volkswagen GTI that needed some work on the fenders. I was immediately greeted by their manager, Dan, who walked right out to inspect the damage with me. Little did I know I was actually under a manufacturer warranty so the repair was completely covered and I didn’t have to spend a dime. A few weeks later and the claim was approved and the work has been completed. The quality was excellent and they even had it ready earlier than the original estimate and what I anticipated. Needless to say, I do not have enough good things to say about LJI and the people there. If you are hesitant about auto body shops or don’t know much about automotive repairs, trust that LJI has you covered. I’ll be bringing them my other vehicles in the future without hesitation.

Ceramic Coating
I had my 2023 BMW M340i done by the ceramic specialist at LJI and it came out impeccable. Thanks Dan for laying this long term ceramic coating, feels good to have the protection.

Whenever possible I support local businesses. LJI is in my neighborhood and I had heard all good things about their work. They repaired my vehicle in a timely manner at a price I could afford. I would definitely recommend them for anybody who needs work done on their car..

I needed someone to paint and install an STI wing spoiler for my WRX. They gave me a reasonable price for the paint job and installation. The spoiler was unpainted and they were able to match the paint perfectly. The installation was very clean. They called me multiple times to make sure everything was how I intended it to be. Basically you really get what you pay for. I will definitely be coming back for other exterior mods in the future!
