Visiting this location truly frustrated and overwhelmed with the incompetency of T-Mobile's call center. One of the newer associates at this location Erica. She was not only sweet and patient. She went above and beyond to help me figure out my problems. I'll provide logical solutions.

The Staff was awsome I had a lot of fun with the guys at the Shoregate Willowick Store. The still could not fix my problem. But I'll will stop in again just to say hello to those guys!

EXCELLENT customer service! Jamie, the manager, went above and beyond to assist us in switching an android phone on its last leg over to an iPhone that wasn’t even purchased in their store. Dario is personable and extremely knowledgeable. This is my “go to” T-Mobile store from now on. It previously was a sprint store and they cleaned it up and made it inviting. Thanks to all of you for helping us on Saturday!
