I have a Mohawk hairstyle. The barber Larry did an excelled job of 'buzzing' down my back and sides. He was friendly, professional and efficient... Their was no wait... It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely go back as well as recommend him and the shop. Top notch.. Excellent experience..

The atmosphere is always nice and inviting. Every time I'm serviced, my stylist/ owner is very professional and knowledgeable!! She takes her time to listen and advises me on treatments recommended for my natural hair, while wearing my sew-in. The staff is courteous and my scheduled appointments never keep me waiting . I have referred friends and family and they were very satisfied with there services.. I highly recommend Christopher Amira for your bridal party, your next special occasion, date night or if you like to be informed, they're bridging neighborhoods by hosting shop talk events keeping the community informed on social or current events. Great place!

My absolute favorite salon... Kim is the ultimate professional... and when it comes to hair (cuts, styling, color)... she knows and does it all... On one of the many occasions I visited the salon, I went in to get styled and came out with a full makeover... I absolutely loved it... she anticipated my needs and executed everything perfectly... very patient and kind... she worked with me to achieve a fresh new look... When it was all said and done all I or anyone else could say was WOW!!! She is a wonderful person inside and out...

I simply love my hair!! I have natural hair and have been looking for a quality salon that can do natural hair. I called, the owner took my info and I was booked by the next day. I walked in and the environment is very posh, relaxing the and service was impeccable. The owner did my natural hair and it turned out better than I could have imagined. I have been a client for many years. Kim is a perfectionist. I have always gotten excellent service. I have had relaxers, color, and for the last 10 years or so, I have gone natural. Anytime I have needed my hair done, she did it, even coming to my home when I was ill. I have been treated very well by her staff and shown great respect.

Kim Thomas (the owner of Christopher Amira Salon & Spa) is great at what she does. She is professional, friendly, and I know I can always trust her with my hair. I went here to get extensions in and also just to get my hair cut after they were taken out. Throughout the whole process of getting micro-beads in Kim explained to me what they were doing and why. My hair is very fine so they had to use micro-beads tailored to my hair so that they wouldn't fall out. She also made sure to treat the extensions to be my exact color so that it looked natural and then cut and styled it. She gave me advice about care. I ended up having the up-do in for a wedding the next day and the extensions in for a week (I did not prefer extensions, they would have stayed in longer if I let them).

Had my hair treated and styled after 3 months of braids and my hair felt like silk. Very pleased with the service. The owner Kim personally did my hair. Very professional, shop very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

There simply isn't anyone that's as knowledgeable and courteous as Kim. My hair is finicky and is different textures. But a few minutes with Kim and a picture of the color I wanted, and the different browns and brunette highlights were exactly like the picture, and I got so many compliments.
She KNOWS hair, patiently answers every question, can help you with whatever product you need an opinion on - and she still finds time to be a leader in her community!

My mom took my daughter here. Kim serviced her. She really did a great job on her hair. My daughter has 4c type hair (thick and curly). Her hair is still straight (usually after two days and a shower it puffs up). My daughter will be back.
